          Featuring a private outdoor pool and barbecue facilities, Splendid is a 4-bedroom villa with mountain and sea views. It is located 3 km from Port de l'Olla d'Altea. The air-conditioned villa has a living room with a sofa and satellite TV. The private bathroom comes with a shower, and the well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and washing machine. Towels and bed linen are provided. Public parking is available onsite for a supplement. There is easy access to the AP7 Motorway and Calpe is a 20-minute drive away.
          Please note that air conditioning carries a EUR 110 supplement per week. Pets are allowed on request and carry a surcharge of EUR 55 per pet, per stay. Check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 incurs an extra cost of EUR 55.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required.
