Great location - out of the crowds but only 10 minutes away from town, beaches, etc. Rooms are huge & lots of closet space.
Desk staff was a bit rude. They said they hadn’t received a confirmation yet on our reservation. It was about 3pm. We decided to go in to town & they said they would call us when it came in. They never called. We called you and you verified it was confirmed. So we just showed back about 6pm to check in.

The hotel facilities are great, the environment that surrounds it and the best of all the staff, both cleaning, as in reception and in the restaurant. All very friendly and attentive.

The waiting time at dinner and the lighting, both in the dining room at night and in the bathrooms of the apartments, could be improved.

I liked everything, in general the Hotel is a marvel the perfect location, if you are looking for nature views and tranquility, spectacular silence. The Spa is a bit more spoiled sauna and jacuzzi, but the pool, gym and spa staff especially Hugo are 10

Lo que más nos gustó fue el desayuno y el personal, muy atento. También las instalaciones, pudimos disfrutar de la sauna, piscina cubierta y al aire libre y el jacuzzi. Me gustó que se respeta el medioambiente, daban la posibilidad de no limpiar todos los días la habitación a cambio de un vale de 5€ por día a consumir en el hotel.
La ubicaciones, que está lejos. Se necesita coche. Por poner una pega los horarios de la piscina son solo hasta las 19:30 en verano da gusto quedarse un poco más.

Por la noche, sobre todo los 2-3 primeros días había hormigas pequeñas en la habitación y en el baño (supongo que, en parte, por su ubicación en zona de campo). El resto, genial!!!

Very good hotel to spend with family, super calm and overall everything is good.

Portuguese schedules are very different from Spanish ones. The pool closes at 7 in the evening, leaving plenty of hours of sun (and a desire to swim). The pool bar closes at 6:30, if you want to order something... well, you can't.
Los horarios portugueses son muy diferentes a los españoles. La piscina la cierra a las 7 de la tarde quedando bastantes horas de son (y ganas de bañarse). El bar de la piscina te lo cierran a las 18:30, si quieres pedirte algo... pues no puedes.

What I liked most is the room, quite complete and very comfortable bed, they leave you several little things like slippers, razor and shaving gel, bottle of water ... very top. You also have the possibility to book free bicycles at the hotel but there are many slopes in the village but the truth is that it is a cool experience. The breakfast was very good and very complete.
Lo que más me ha gustado es la habitación, bastante completa y la cama muy cómoda, te dejan varios detallitos como las zapatillas, cuchilla y gel de afeitar, botella de agua...muy top. Tienes también la posibilidad de reservar bicicletas gratis en el hotel lo que pasa que hay muchas cuestas en el pueblo pero la verdad que es guay la experiencia. El desayuno estaba muy bien y muy completo.
The area of the hotel is quite hidden, very confusing, we had to drive around until we found where it was because they didn't tell us very well and we lost time.
I would say that it is very quiet, which is fine, but to have a drink you have to take the car because at a certain time in the hotel there is nothing.
The jacuzzi leaves much to be desired.
La zona del hotel está bastante escondida, muy liosa, tuvimos que dar vueltas con el coche hasta dar dónde estaba porque no nos indicaron muy bien y perdimos tiempo.
Diría que es muy tranquilo, que está bien, pero para tomar algo tienes que coger el coche porque a cierta hora en el hotel ya no hay nada.
El jacuzzi deja mucho que desear.

Vale d'Oliveiras is a wonderful place if you are looking for tranquility and well being. The apartments are very well equipped and the cleaning service is very good.
It is located between the towns of Carvoeiro and Lagoa, and for me, it is a wonderful place to disconnect from the overcrowded tourism that exists in some municipalities of the Algarve.
We have been treated wonderfully and it is a hotel that I recommend to everyone.
The breakfast and dinner service, and its staff, is excellent. Quality products and the possibility of tasting some typical Portuguese dishes.
El Vale d’Oliveiras en un lugar maravilloso, si buscas tranquilidad y bienestar. Los apartamentos están muy bien equipados, y el servicio de limpieza es muy bueno.
Se encuentra ubicado entre los poblados de Carvoeiro y Lagoa, y para mi, es un lugar maravilloso dónde desconectar del turismo masificado que hay en algunos municipios de Algarve.
Nos han tratado de maravilla y es un hotel que recomiendo a todo el mundo.
El servicio de desayuno y cenas, y su personal, es excelente. Productos de calidad y posibilidad de degustar algunos platos típicos portugueses.
