Disappointing
The spa was the best part. Although it was dirtier than on previous visits. There were several plasters in the pools.

We were without Wi‑Fi and neither Jump2spain.com nor the hotel did anything. I filed complaints and nothing was done. The TV didn’t work and they replaced it. The air conditioning was old and noisy. There were cobwebs on the ceilings and we had to kill three spiders. Paint was peeling from the skirting boards and there were broken tiles on the floor.

The hotel is lovely and very well styled; I think they pay great attention to detail, and it seemed good value for everything it offers.

The number of vegan options in the restaurant is practically non-existent.
The cleaning staff threw away opened products every day even if they hadn’t been used up; I believe environmental awareness is important and it’s a gesture that costs nothing.

The bed squeaks, and although the bathtub was in good condition it is outdated (less accessible). The spa is very good, but I believe the floatarium should not incur an extra charge even though I tried it. I have been to other floatariums that were free and, furthermore, it smelled bad.

I firmly believe this hotel is not suitable for hosting teenage school holidays and mixing them with guests seeking peace and relaxation. The former turned the nights into banging, shouting and running about until well into the early hours, which has greatly spoiled the hotel’s quality.

The best part was the spa; I went at times when there were hardly any people and it was a real treat.

The attic rooms were awkward — on one side of the bed you had to get up carefully or you’d hit the ceiling beam. Breakfast was very limited (there were school groups and they moved us — that may have been why). The bathrobes aren’t towelling and don’t dry well, and the pillows weren’t to my liking; they were very uncomfortable.
