The hotel was very spacious throughout. The room was very spacious, as were the restaurants, also with plenty of room. We never had to wait in line; we were in right away. The pool bar was very well located, with short wait times for service. The all-inclusive buffet was good, and the cleanliness was excellent. A very nice hotel. We arrived at 11:30 am, and our room was already booked. Despite the crowds, there were no negative aspects; check-in was super fast. There was plenty of free car park and shade.
Hotel muy espacioso en todas la instalaciones, la habitación muy espaciosa, al igual que los restaurantes, también con bastante espacio, ningún día tuvimos que hacer cola, entrabamos al instante. El bar de la piscina muy bien ubicado y además poco tiempo de espera para que te sirvan, y las comidas del buffet todo incluido bien, y la limpieza excelente. Un hotel muy bonito, llegamos a las 11: 30 a.m, y ya nos dieron la habitación. Y a pesar de que había mucha gente, no se notaba en ningún aspecto negativo, el checking super rápido. Aparcamientos gratuitos bastantes y a la sombra.
The all-inclusive drinks were a negative: no international brands, no rum, no gin, no nothing. Barcelo, Legendario, Brugal, Larios, Tanqueray, etc., that's very bad. If you wanted a good drink, you had to go to the pay bar, which isn't included in the all-inclusive package. The spa was also in very poor condition. One of them was sealed because it was completely cracked, and the water jets didn't work. I spent 35 euros for nothing. I don't like to give negative reviews, but this is the reality: if it's not in optimal condition, don't open it so you don't get charged for inefficient service.
Negativo las bebidas del todo incluido, ni una marca internacional, ni ron ni ginebra, ni nada. Barcelo, Legendario, brugal, larios, tanqueray, etc, eso esta muy mal, si querías una copa en buena, tenias que ir al bar de pago, que no esta en el todo incluido. Otra cosa el Spa, tenia las tumbonas de agua, en muy mal estado, una de ellas precintada porque estaba totalmente agrietada, y los chorros de agua no funcionaban, me gaste 35 euros para nada. No me gusta poner notas negativas, pero esta es la realidad, si no esta en condiciones optimas no lo abráis para no cobrar por un servicio ineficaz.

The dining rooms are underground and without views. I suppose they are so uncomfortable, so that those of us who have all-inclusive spend little time there, and taking into account that it is forbidden to take food out of there, the business is assured. The drinks in both the restaurants and the pool bar are WORST. The cocktails are drinkable, to save money, they add almost no ice, the alcohol they contain is edible, the wine is also bad, watered down. If you want a decent drink you have to pay for it. The activities are not very entertaining, for example a Portuguese class... We wanted to attend an aquagym class and it was impossible because there are only 1 alternate days.
Los comedores son subterráneos y sin vistas. Supongo que son tan poco confortables, para que los que tenemos todo incluido pasemos poco tiempo allí, y teniendo en cuenta que está prohibido sacar comida de allí, el negocio está asegurado.Las bebidas tanto de los restaurantes, como del bar de la piscina son LO PEOR. Los cocktails son bebibles, por ahorrar, no echan casi ni hielo, el alcohol que llevan es intragable, el vino también malo, aguado. Si quieres una bebida decente tienes que pagarla. Las actividades no son muy entretenidas, por ejemplo clase de portugués....Queríamos asistir a una clase de aquagym y fue imposible porque solo hay 1 días alternos.
