Las instalaciones están muy bien y es un lugar muy tranquilo. Dispone de dos piscinas, exterior e interior, y de Spa. También hay billar y algunas actividades más dentro del hotel.
Las suites son muy grandes y tienen cocina. La cama es enorme y muy cómoda.
El personal del buffet fue súper amable.
El buffet está bien, pero había poca variedad para vegetarianos y nada para veganos.

Lo que más me ha gustado son las habitaciones, bastante amplias y completas, es como un estudio, tiene salón con cocina totalmente equipada, baño y aseo y cama bastante grande.
El hotel es un poco liante, ya que tiene varias bloques y hay que pasar por cada uno de ellos si quieres ir a algún lado. La comida aunque muy buena de sabor tiene muy poco variedad donde escoger. En tema de buscar alguna alternativa por si se te apetece algo extra es imposible de encontrarlo en el hotel ya que esta bastante alejado de cualquier sitio donde poder ir a comprar algo. Te aconsejo que antes de ir al hotel vayas a cualquier sitio para comprar lo que necesites, ya que en el hotel no hay ninguna tienda.
El spa es bastante pobre y las piscinas no llegan a cubrir para no tener que tener socorrista.
Aunque estemos cerca de España muy pocos trabajadores saben defenderse con nuestro idioma.

Todo excelente, menos la limpieza de la habitación, abrimos las puertas de acceso a la terraza que teníamos con dos sillas y mesa, y había telas de araña y porquería en el aluminio, de por lo menos 6 meses sin abrir esas puertas y sin limpiarlas.

The room was spacious and everything was very clean. We also had a wonderful terrace. The breakfast was very filling.

The hotel is a bit confusing for the different areas like the restaurant, pool, and car park.

The hotel was exceptional and the service as well. The place is beautiful and very peaceful. It offers many activities and is perfect for those who want to enjoy a few quiet days in nature.
El hotel era excepcional y la atención también. El sitio precioso y muy tranquilo. Ofrece muchas actividades y es perfecto para quien quiera disfrutar de unos dias tranquilos y en la naturaleza.
The room cleaning system is very poorly organized, unless you spend the whole day outside the hotel they won't make it on time to clean it. Out of 4 nights, they only cleaned our room once.
The meals are very elaborate and of very good quality, my only inconvenience is that as allergic to melon and cod, the menu was very limited and practically with only one option.
Half Board includes breakfast and dinner, and the pizzeria only opens for dinner, so if you want to try it you will have to skip one of the dinners.
On the other hand, if you want to eat at the hotel one day, you will always be in the same restaurant.
The spa is highly recommended.
El sistema de limpieza de habitaciones muy mal organizado, salvo que pases el día entero fuera del hotel no llegarán a tiempo de hacertela. De 4 noches solo nos limpiaron la habitación una.
Las comidas muy elaboradas y de muy buena calidad, mi único inconveniente es que como alérgica al melón y al bacalao la carta se quedaba muy mermada y prácticamente con una única opción.
La media pensión es desayuno y cena y la pizzeria solo abre en la cena, de modo que si quieres probarlas tendrás que perder una de las cenas.
Por el contrario si algún día quieres comer en el hotel estarás siempre en el mismo restaurante.
El spa muy recomendable

The Suite is SPECTACULAR. The food is good and varied. The pools are also very good and the free private parking is perfect. But undoubtedly the best is its service staff, especially Mr. Pedro, attentive to anything and always available, no doubt all this makes a place to recommend and return.
La Suite es ESPECTACULAR. La comida es buena y variada. Las piscinas también muy bien y su parking gratuito privado es perfecto. Pero sin duda lo mejor es su personal de servicio, en especial el Sr. Pedro, atento para cualquier cosa y siempre disponible, sin duda todo esto hace de un lugar para recomendar y volver.
The room cleaning service was a bit clueless, we had to ask for pool towels several times because they were not replaced. Although the worst of all is undoubtedly the mosquitoes! That's the thing about being surrounded by nature....
