Very bad management. They assigned us rooms that when we arrived either had many beds or the card did not even open that room. To make matters worse, we were resting in the room and some clients entered us with their card, having put the bolt on us (because of that, we stayed awake all night thinking that they could enter us at any moment). Very little control of the facilities, if not zero, since there were customers throwing parties and riots, knocking on all the doors throughout the day (even at dawn) and yelling all day. The buffet? Regrettable. There was no food, they told us that they were not going to make more when there was still more than half an hour to go until the end of the shift. Very bad experience, we leave very upset and without having been able to rest.
Muy mala gestión. Nos asignaban habitaciones que cuando llegábamos o tenían muchas camas o la tarjeta ni abría esa habitación. Para colmo, estábamos descansando en la habitación y nos entraron unos clientes con su tarjeta, habiendo puesto nosotros el pestillo (a causa de eso, toda la noche en vela pensando que nos podrían entrar en cualquier momento). Muy poco control de las instalaciones, por no decir nulo, ya que habían clientes montando fiestas y jaleos, picando en todas las puertas durante todo el dia (incluso de madrugada) y pegando gritos todo el dia. El buffet? Lamentable. No había comida, nos dijeron que no iban a hacer más cuando todavía faltaba más de media hora para que acabase el turno. Muy mala experiencia, nos vamos muy disgustados y sin haber podido descansar.
