The only positive thing I have is the kindness of the young Moroccan boy in the cafeteria.

A completely disappointing experience. During our stay, there was practically no variety in the food: barely any chicken in sauce and fish, no grilled meat, and the same dishes repeated every day, including frozen pizza. Furthermore, we had serious problems in the room with the beds; the springs were digging in, they creaked when we moved—a horrible mess—which forced us to leave the hotel before the end of our stay, forfeiting a full night, breakfast, and lunch. The worst part was that, after reporting the issue and providing evidence, we still haven't received a solution.
Experiencia totalmente decepcionante. Durante nuestra estancia no hubo prácticamente variedad en la comida: apenas pollo en salsa y pescado, sin carne a la plancha, y los mismos platos repetidos cada día, incluida la pizza congelada. The staff were generally very good, the location was good, and the pool area was spacious.

Bad food, little variety and lots of dirty dishes and glasses, terrible air conditioning, the beds were really uncomfortable, especially the extra one they put in to make a triple room for the kids. Everything is aimed at foreign tourists. We wouldn't stay here again.

We stayed on the 6th floor, and the room was great, especially the amazing terrace! The buffet was very varied and really good, and the cocktails Carolina made for us were excellent—she’s also really friendly! We loved the location.

The mattress was comfortable, and my room had a split air conditioner that worked very well. The pool was large and quite clean. The buffet was very good and the filtered water is free.

The bathroom is nothing like the photos; it looks from another era. Rust stains everywhere, a fabric shower curtain, a rusty window and a pitted mirror. They only provided three small sachets of shower gel for two people, so it was a good job I’d brought soap from home.

The hotel's location is very good; it has a beautiful beach five minutes away.

The hotel as a whole is in need of substantial refurbishment. The room had many defects, as did the bathroom. The quality of the towels also leaves much to be desired. As for the buffet, it wasn’t great either; the food was not very good. We ended up with stomach pains after four days of our stay.
