Charging for WiFi in this day and age seem a bit cheap and silly . Just add it into the price of the rental.no underfloor heating in the bathrooms making it uncomfortable for showering etc . No bath plug so couldn’t use the bath for the baby

Spacious and bright apartment. Even with the road right next door, no noise gets in. Close to the Ordino ski resort. There's street car park for 5-6 cars and a similar amount in the private car park lot. The apartment management company makes check-in and check-out easy and is always available to help with any issues that might arise. Overall, a very good choice if you're looking for peace and quiet.
Apartamento espacioso, luminoso. Aún teniendo la carretera justo al lado no se filtra ningún ruido. Cerca de la estación de esquí de Ordino. Existe sitio como para 5-6 coches en la calle y algo parecido en el parking privado que hay.
La empresa gestora del apartamento facilitan al check in y check out, además de estar disponibles para resolver cualquier problema que pueda darse con apartamento.
En general una muy buena elección si deseas tranquilidad.

The apartment is large, the rooms and bathrooms are spacious. The kitchen has everything you need.

The apartment does not have wifi included, they make you pay for it separately. There is also no hairdryer, it says you have to go get it at reception (10/15 minutes by car?). The soap dispensers did not work, neither the ones in the sinks nor the ones in the showers. The sink drains did not drain much. They want you to leave the dishes clean but they do not have dishwashing soap. The shower tray does not have a screen, it has a curtain, and it is uncomfortable because of the little space it leaves you. The heating works that way and you never end up being completely warm.
L'apartament no té wifi inclòs, te'l fan pagar a banda. Tampoc hi ha assecador, diu que el vagis a buscar a recepció (a 10/15 minuts en cotxe?). Els dispensadors de sabó no funcionaven, ni els de les piques ni els de les dutxes. Els desaigües de les piques no empassaven gaire. Volen que deixis els plats nets però no disposen de sabó de rentar plats. El plat de dutxa no té mampara, té cortina, i és incòmoda pel poc espai que et deixa. La calefacció funciona d'aquella manera i mai acabes d'estar calent del tot.

I liked the spaciousness of the apartment, the comfortable beds, the good equipment, the nice furniture... for us it was very comfortable.
Me ha gustado la amplitud del apartamento,las camas cómodas,bien equipado,mobiliario bien....para nosotros nos ha resultado muy cómodo.
In our case... the people in the next room... who made noise until very late and we couldn't rest. I didn't like the car park; the access was poor and there was insufficient lighting to get up to the apartment (by elevator or stairs). I also think the checkout time (10 am) isn't suitable... there isn't much time to leave the apartment in the required condition, and that means waking up early on the day of departure... I think 11 am would be more appropriate.
En nuestro caso....los de la habitación de al lado....que hasta muy tarde han hecho ruido y no se podia descansar.El parking no me ha gustado,mal acceso y poca iluminación para subir al apartamento(por ascensor o escalera).También creo que la hora de salida no es adecuada (10 )..para dejar el apartamento en las condiciones requeridas no hay mucho tiempo y eso significa despertarse pronto el día de la salida....creo que 11 sería más indicado.

New, very clean facilities; nothing was lacking. Very comfortable and spacious, with an elevator, fantastic views, and car park for six cars either in front or 100 metres away. There are also two terraces, ideal for storing ski equipment, and the heating works very well. Communication was easy and efficient via WhatsApp. No complaints whatsoever, and I'm usually very critical. We were pleasantly surprised. We've been skiing here for 30 years, and this is one of the best places in terms of value for money.
Instalaciones nuevas, muy limpias, no faltaba de nada, muy cómodo y espacioso, con ascensor, buenisimas vistas, parquing para 6 coches delante o a 100metros. Además 2 terrazas, ideal para el material de esquiar, la calefacción funciona muy bien. Comunicación fácil y ágil por WhatsApp. Ninguna pega, y suelo ser muy crítica. Nos sorprendió gratamente. Vamos a esquiar desde hace de 30 años y de lo mejorcito calidad-precio.
If I had to offer some advice, perhaps a wall-mounted coat rack for jackets would be helpful (there were plenty of hangers, but it would be very convenient), as well as one in the bathroom for jackets. Keep an eye on the hot water supply, as it's a water heater and it can run out if there are 2-4 people.

Perfect for skiing, located very close to the slopes, and ideal if you're not looking for much else to do. We've stayed here before, and the apartment is spacious with everything you need; it's also reasonably priced. Car Park is right outside, and there's no problem during the week.
Perfecto para esquiar, situado en una zona muy cerca de pistas y si no buscas mucho más que hacer. Ya hemos estado en otras ocasiones y el apartamento es amplio con todo lo necesario, sale bien de precio. Aparcamiento en la puerta, entre semana no hay problema.
Paid Wi-Fi (and it didn't last us long) and access to the boiler and heating is complicated; luckily we already know it and know how to access it, but it wouldn't cost much to install a access panel to easily reach it and secure the structure to the wall; it's not very secure, to say the least.

The location is perfect for those skiing in Ordino and looking for convenience. Our apartment was quite spacious.
