The lobby was staffed with wonderful and accommodating individuals, providing a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Additionally, the location is notably convenient as it is situated in close proximity to the Disneyland park, making it an ideal choice for those planning to visit the attraction.
The hotel is currently facing a significant issue with water leakages throughout its premises, which is a cause for concern and discomfort. It is imperative that the management addresses and rectifies this problem with the utmost urgency to ensure the safety and comfort of its guests and maintain the integrity of the hotel's infrastructure.

There was some confusion regarding our booking when we first checked in. As a result, the hotel upgraded our room to a suite (which we stated was unnecessary, but they treated us like royalty anyway!)
The property appeared to be quite full, so in upgrading us I believe they had to put us in an area of the hotel that is ready for some updating. The room itself was bright, clean and well-cared for, but the carpet, paint and wallpaper in the hallways was obviously tired and worn. This only affected our first impression, however, as our room and our stay was wonderful!

Great location, 15-minute walk to Disney. Very warm and cozy rooms. Disney bus stop right outside. Large shopping center with everything and a supermarket 5-minute walk away.
Buena ubicacion, 15 minutos andando a Disney. Habitaciones muy calentitas y acogedoras. Autobus disney en la puerta. Centro comercial muy grande con todo y supermercado a 5 minutos andando.
The only downside was the limited selection in the mini-supermarket, but everything else was great, highly recommended!

We were on the first floor, right above the car park door, and toward Mississippi, there was a noise every time we went up or down. It started at 6:30 in the morning.

When I arrived, they told me my booking was pending payment, which wasn't true. I had to search my emails and confirm that it had actually been paid for. They assigned us a room, and when I checked in, it was exactly as the previous guests had left it, even with the dishes unwashed. We returned to reception and were moved to a lower range than the one I had paid for, because there was no other room available.

The hotel was great. The room was perfect for what we wanted. The hotel had a direct bus to Disneyland, which was appreciated after a day of walking around the park. It's close to a shopping center, so you can easily go there for lunch, dinner, or breakfast. The apartment hotel is fine. However, it's a bit pricey for the price.

A bit pricey for the price. Plus, they only clean the rooms once a week (I imagine for long stays), so you come home from the park and find everything is just as you left it. P.S. The pillows are extremely thin and nonexistent.

The hotel corridors are not beautiful, the wallpaper was torn off which scared me at first and the room was good, just the TV was not facing the bed but in the living room so in the evening no TV in bed

Apartment type hotel. Correct cleaning and current decoration. Correct kitchen utensils with dishwasher. The ceramic hob took a while to heat up. The hallways had a few chips on the walls due to the wallpaper and probably due to the rubbing of the suitcases. Very nice pool with air conditioning which is appreciated. They let us use the changing rooms/shower in the gym once we checked out and we were able to enjoy the hotel a little more. Proximity to the Val d'Europe shopping center and the Valée Village and free bus service to Disney, not very crowded compared to the buses from Disney partner hotels (B&B, Explorer, Campanile, Dream Castle, Magic Hotel).

Utensilios de cocina correctos con lavavajillas. La vitrocerámica tardaba en calentar un poco. Los pasillos tenían un poco de desconchones en pared al tener papel pintado y por el roce seguramente de las maletas.
Piscina muy agradable con climatización lo cual es de agradecer. Nos dejaron usar los vestuarios/ducha del gimnasio una vez hecho el check-out y pudimos disfrutar un poco más del hotel.
Cercanía a centro comercial Val d'Europe y la Valée Village y servicio gratuito de autobús a Disney no muy concurrido comparado con los bus de hoteles asociados Disney (B&B, Explorer, Campanile, Dream Castle, Magic Hotel).
Expensive breakfast in our opinion (18eur for adults and 9eur for children). There is no bar service. They have a small corner to buy basic products. Infrequent bus service (one runs every 1 hour and there is no bus from 11:30h to 17:30h). If you want to go to the park you have to take the paid bus or the RER Train (1 stop) or walk (fortunately it is a pleasant walk of about 15 minutes).
Desayuno caro en nuestra opinión (18eur adulto y 9 eur niños).
No hay servicio de bar. Tienen pequeño rincón para comprar productos básicos.
Servicio autobús de poca frecuencia (pasa uno cada 1h y de las 11.30h hasta las 17.30h no hay). Si quieres ir al parque tienes que coger el bus de pago o el Tren RER (1 parada) o ir andando (afortunadamente es un paseo agradable de unos 15min).
