          This hotel is located near shops, a bus stop. The center of Madrid is 15 km from our hotel and Barajas Airport is 22 km away. This hotel, opened in 2004, has a total of 24 rooms, 1 of them equipped for disabled people, which are distributed on 1 floor. New building, made of exposed brick and finished in black and white marble. In the lobby you can find a 24-hour reception with a safe and a cloakroom. The building is air-conditioned and has a cafeteria with smoking area. The hotel is characterized by the brightness of its common areas thanks to the large windows in reception and in the cafeteria, as well as having spacious and comfortable spaces. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individual heating, TV, minibar, double bed, safe, balcony or terrace, bathroom with full bath kit, heated towel rail and a functional and modern decoration ideal for all types of customers. Take the M-23 (Vicalvaro) on the extension of O'donell, continue on the M-23 until joining the R3 (pay tolls), take Velilla-Mejorada exit. The R3 can also be accessed through the M-40, M-45 and the M-30.
