Disappointing

L'hôtel m'a donné une carte qui ne fonctionnait pas.. je me suis retrouvé à 2h du matin dehors sans personne a la réception et impossible d'avoir quelqu'un au téléphone. Depuis dimanche j'essaye de les appeler pour me faire rembourser et personne ne répond ! Bien évidemment je n'ai pas mis ma carte à côté de mon téléphone je l'ai laissé dans la voiture. J'ai des vidéos a l'appui si besoin.
