The staff was very friendly and attentive at all times. We stayed for lunch on the last day and were allowed to leave our Chihuahua in the room until lunchtime, after which we returned home. Our pet paid 6 euros per night.
El personal muy amable y atento en todo momento, nos quedamos almorzar el último día y nos dejaron dejar nuestro chihuahua en la habitación hasta la hora del almuerzo y después ya volvimos a casa.
Nuestra mascota pagaba 6 euros por noche.
The cleanliness was fine, but it could be improved. There was a lot of dust in the electrical outlets, especially in the bathroom. One of the mattresses wasn't firm enough, it was too soft. The food was buffet-style, but there was very little variety; there wasn't even a single pasta dish. Our Chihuahua couldn't join us for meals because they didn't have a terrace, and he wasn't allowed on a sun lounger by the pool, even though we kept him well-behaved and obedient.
La limpieza estaba bien en pero se puede mejorar, pues mucho polvo en enchufes, sobre todo el baño, uno de los colchones no estaba duro estaba demasiado blando y la comida, tipo buffet pero muy poca variedad, no hubo pasta ni un día.
Nuestro chihuahua no nos podía acompañar a las comidas porque no tenían terraza, y en la piscina tampoco se podía dejar en tumbona, y eso que lo tenemos educado y obediente.

The only positive thing I can highlight is the treatment of the staff. Lo único positivo que puedo destacar, es el trato del personal. El día que hemos estado, era temporada baja, pero aún así, el buffet super pobre,una ensalada de pasta, un pescado y unas albóndigas de espinacas. Les comenté que mis hijos eso no comían, y me sorprendió que para ellos les tenían un plato de patatas, lagrimita de pollo y croquetas, eso es lo único bueno que he visto, bueno las instalaciones y demás, acordé a lo que se paga, no es un 5 estrellas claro.

Cuando preparaban el salón de buffet para la cena, me di cuenta, ya que mi habitación estaba enfrente,q había preparado una fiesta de cumpleaños. Hasta ahí bien. Cuando llegó las 12 de la noche, empezó de lo que yo me quejo, música super alta, recuerdo que mi habitación estaba enfrente,voces... Todo esto con dos niños menos, intentando dormir. Ya fue mi marido a la 01.00 a pedir explicaciones, nos dicen, que también hacen celebraciones y que la música estará hasta las 02.00h. nada! Habrá que aguantar otra hora más, la sorpresa que eran las 3 de la mañana y aún seguían, no hicieron nada al respecto con nuestra queja. Fatal por parte del Hotel, asique, noche sin dormir, ni nosotros, ni mis hijos, que mínimo que hubieran bajado el volumen. Esperando respuesta del Hotel, por la reclamación que puse por escrito.

I can say that it has been disappointing and uncomfortable, never to be repeated. From the rooms which were conspicuous by their lack of cleanliness, to having to make the bed well because it had only been stretched. Without a fridge in the room where the hotel bar is closed, without any kind of resource to be able to buy a bottle of water, because there was not even a machine. Ending with a breakfast of bagged bread or food all packaged, with a set of dishes with cups or plates that are not very clean to be able to use them.
Puedo decir que ha sido decepcionante e incómoda, para nunca repetir. Desde las habitaciones las cuales brillaban por su ausencia de limpieza, hasta tener que hacer bien la cama porque solo había sido estirada. Sin nevera en la habitación donde el bar del hotel cerrado, sin ningún tipo de recurso para poder comprar una botella de agua, porque ni una máquina había. Finalizando por un desayuno de pan de bolsa o alimentos todos embasados, con una vajilla con tazas o platos no muy limpios para poder usarlos.

The rooms were simple but functional, and very accessible, they had their own little terrace and were at street level.
