Nice heating and we were lucky enough to find parking spots nearby.
We thought there would be normal beds for everyone in the trip but 2 of us had to sleep in a sketchy sofa bunk bed and the blankets were thin. Anyhow, we adapted and it was a nice trip.

It's a ground-floor apartment facing the main road, and you can hear cars and snowplows all night long. The apartment is barely big enough for six people, and the sofa bed is awful. Forget about car park in the area; the car park lot by the waterfall was covered in snow. The building's own car park car park is a bit narrow, but any compact car will fit.

The free Wi-Fi is useless; it costs €5 a day and didn't even work the first day. Car Park is mandatory since there's no car park outside, and it costs €10 a night. The car park door opener didn't work, so I had to take the elevator down from inside the building and press a button to get my car in. The woman who answered the phone was awful. I wouldn't stay again because of the service. And there's no TV remote; you have to get up to change the channel or lower the volume.

The house was in a bad state, the furniture was old and broken. A wardrobe had no door and was in a room and looked like it was going to fall down. There were 4 of us and they put us in a room with three people and a sofa bed (horrible for sleeping). The toilet lid was broken, we noticed it as soon as we arrived and they didn't even answer us. Expensive for what it is, it doesn't match up. Not recommended and we won't be staying here again.

Si necesitas contactar con el apartamento te responderán siempre que sea para pagar cualquier servicio, fuera de eso no te responderán para nada, cualquier duda/consulta que tengas harán caso omiso, problemas, requerimientos, etc, ni pierdas el tiempo por qué no van a responderte. Si reservas parking, espero que sepas conducir y lleves un coche pequeño... Ah! Y como olvidarme de la fianza, ¿150? Olvídate de eso, en primer lugar te cobrarán 150 euros euros de fianza y antes de irte como agradecimiento te volverán a cobrar otros 150, dejándote sin los primeros y los segundos. ¿Su respuesta? Que están en devolucion ambos y que esperes tus 300 euros 2 o 3 semanas hasta que aparezcan en tu cuenta.
Siendo crítico lo único aceptable es el apartamento. ¿Repetiría? Rotundamente no. A menos que cambiarán su gestión.

They give you the option of car park for a very good price and I was able to take my pet with me because they are PetFiendly. They were super nice in answering all my questions upon my arrival and departure. I definitely recommend it.
