The hotel is clean and food is nice and always enough and fresh. Staff is very nice but the director is not.
Drinks are not included. The card of the room and parking is not working every day at least 2 times due to magnet issues. Parking is a walk up the hill from the hotel. Swimmingpool is fighting for a spot every day.

The food was good, but needs more varaity... missed the paella. The service was great, but some of the housekeepers were not so nice. Most of all we enjoyed pur stay.

Fuimos para Nochebuena y Navidad.
La comida buena, los espacios comunes limpios, casi todo el personal amable y simpático.
Hay bastante aparcamiento cerca.
A unos 10 mins del centro caminando.
Zona muy tranquila.
Los colchones estaban sucios, con migas y basuritas.
La sábana bajera se salía todo el rato (era muy corta y no tenia goma para enganchar).
El horario de la cena, terminaba muy pronto, a las 21.30h

The rooms were quite new and modern, the pillows were a bit thin, but we asked for others and they were brought promptly. The staff was super friendly and attentive, both at the reception and in the restaurant, the bar, or the cleaning ladies. We had a very good time. In the restaurant, there wasn't too much variety, but there were also new dishes in each buffet. They cook grilled items on the spot. It was very good. There were many options for all tastes. The bathroom with a shower was quite large, and we had a spacious balcony with access to the back of the hotel, unfortunately, although it was quiet.
Las habitaciones eran bastante nuevas y modernas, las almohadas eran un poco finas, pero pedimos otras y no tardaron en traerlas. El personal súper amable y atentos, tanto recepción como en el restaurante, el bar o las chicas de la limpieza. Hemos estado muy bien.
En el restaurante no había demasiada variedad, pero en cada cómoda había platos nuevos también. Cocinan cosas a la plancha al momento. Estaba muy bien. Había muchas opciones para todos los gustos. El baño con ducha era bastante grande y teníamos un amplio balcón con salida a la parte trasera del hotel, lástima, aunque era tranquilo.

We couldn't even enjoy the pool because we returned from the beach at 7:15 and it closes at 7:00. They made us leave the room at 10:30. So, in the end, you pay for half a day.

El personal del comedor es muy amable, sobre todo Susana, es un encanto de mujer y muy atenta.

It was a family holiday and our surprise upon arriving was that we had booked 5 rooms, and they placed us all together on the first floor and we had a common terrace for all the rooms so we could go from one to another without needing to go out to the hallway and disturb the other guests, although I have to say that the terrace was very dirty and full of cigarette butts from the upper floors who didn't use the ashtray and threw them on the terrace... every day we woke up with the terrace dirtier...

Upon arriving, the room seemed clean, but there were two open bags of chips in the safe. The next day, at the bottom of the wardrobe, a piece of sausage or similar filled with ants. It wasn't there the day before, so I don't know if it got stuck to our shoe. In any case, we told the cleaning lady, who apologized and was very kind. The sunbed area was full, it's hard to find a spot even though it's September. I don't want to imagine how it will be in August.
