The location, the decoration of the main areas and the mountain views

Very high heating and no discount on car park. The breakfast had a lot of variety but the sweets, I suppose because they were not covered, were hard and we had breakfast at 7.30 in the morning

Well located, it's a shame there isn't a place where you can take a shower at the end of your return day to get the most out of the stay.

They told me that this summer, it's time to renovate, they should take care of the soundproofing of the rooms and the heating and running water pipes, they are a little noisy. They should also have an ATM, to have the ski pass right there, with the QR code that you provide us.
No hay una ducha de cortesía, para después de la jornada de esquí. Me comentaron que este verano, toca reforma, deben cuidar la insonorización de las habitaciones y la tuberías de calefacción y agua corriente, son un poco ruidosas. También deberían tener cajero, para obtener allí mismo el forfait, con el código QR que ustedes nos facilitan.

Of the refurbished spaces, the living room, reception and dining room.
Dos espaços remodelados, Sala de estar, receção e sala de comer.
The living room was always cold, which made it uncomfortable, parties in the bar next to the living room were noisy in the afternoon and into the night.
Sala de estar sempre fria o que a tornava desacolhedora, festas no bar junto da sala de estar com muito barulho durante a tarde e pela noite dentro.

The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff was very attentive and friendly.
El bufet de desayuno muy bueno y el personal muy atento y amable
The room had a lot of dust and some spider webs on the wall. At the buffet it seemed like they were in a hurry to close, I got up to get something to drink and they took all my plates, some of them untouched, there were 4 tables so they knew we were still in the restaurant.
La habitación tenía mucho polvo y alguna tela de araña por la pared.
En el bufet parecía que tenían prisa por cerrar,me levanté a por algo de beber y se llevaron todos mis platos alguno de ellos sin tocar,habíamos 4 mesas con lo cual sabían que estábamos aún en el restaurante.
