Nada de bueno

First of all, we went in the summer and the hotel didn't have air conditioning. I went to ask and they gave us fans—a tiny fan for three people, very bad. I complained and they gave me another, bigger fan, which I accepted because if there's no air conditioning, at least there should be some airflow. But the air was hot, so the fan just blew us into that awful air. The whole holiday was terrible. Also, the room wasn't clean; I found a water bottle on the top shelf. The service was terrible; the receptionists are from another country. I complained about the lack of air conditioning and they responded with sour faces and anger. I told them I would file a complaint, which I obviously did. The breakfast was rubbish—all sweets, no cold cuts, no cheese, no eggs, nothing. Very bad. And on top of that, Amimir doesn't mention on their app that there's no air conditioning. I won't be booking there again.

En primer lugar fuimos en verano y el hotel no tiene servicio de aire acondicionado , fui a preguntar y nos dan ventiladores un ventilador enano para tres personas muy mal reclamé y me dieron otro ventilador más grande , acepté por qué si no hay aire acondicionado por lo menos algo de aire pero el aire estaba caliente asi que el ventilador nos hecha a ese aire fatal fatal esas vacaciones . Además la habitación no está limpia encontré una botella de agua en la maca superior .la atención fatal los recepcionista. Son de otro país reclamé el aire y con malas caras y enfado responden les dije que les pondría una reclamación se las puse lógicamente , el desayuna una basura ,todo dulce nada de embutido ni de queso ni huevos nada todo dulce muy mal y además . Amimir no informa en su app que no aire acondicionado no reservaré más por alli
