4.7 Rachid Travelled with colleague Booked on Amimir.com September 2025 Basic Cost of the stay paid by credit card and debited by the "amimir" platform and I was asked to pay again on site. "Reason: the platform did not send us the payment". I insist to say that I received the acknowledgment of receipt from my bank and an invoice from the platform. No negotiation possible nor in-depth research of the host. You have to pay to sleep tonight. This done, I ask for an invoice and I am told that it cannot be given, it will have to wait until the end of the stay. I find myself with 2 debits on my account after my departure. At the reception, the person present tells me that she has no authorization to reimburse me. I will have to file a complaint by email. It's already been a week that I've been chasing my refund and I still haven't received anything.

Il faut payer pour dormir ce soir. Chose faite, je demande une facture et on me dit qu'elle ne peux pas être remise il faudra attendre la fin du séjour. Je me retrouve avec 2 débits sur mon compte après mon départ. A la réception, la personne présente me dit qu elle n'a aucune habilitation pour me rembourser. Il faudra faire une réclamation par mail. Voici déjà 1 semaine que je cours après mon remboursement et je n'ai toujours rien obtenu.
