It was clean and the reception employees were nice.
Bad Wi-Fi, 90% of the hotel restaurant employees were rude, the food was very poor. Small rooms. Not a 4 stars hotel for sure.

The breakfast buffet was really good with a great variety of savoury and sweet choices.
As Andorra has a different rate for telephone and data, wi-fi is not always available and makes it a bit difficult when you need it for work. The rest is ok.

The location and the dinner, because it's not a buffet and the quality is good. The option of having two connecting rooms.

The heating: The rooms have forced-air heating that switches off when you remove the key card, so it takes a while to warm up and is noisy at night. There's no heating in the hallways, and it felt cold in the main areas and dining room. The bathrooms, hallways, and dining room are old. The bathrooms have bathtubs instead of showers, small showerheads, low ambient temperature, and no ventilation. The staff was adequate but insufficient. One day, my room wasn't cleaned by 4:00 PM. In my opinion, 4 stars are a very small rating.
La calefacción: Calefacción por aire en las habitaciones y se desconecta al sacar la tarjeta, por lo que tarda en coger temperatura y hace ruido por la noche. Sin calefacción en los pasillos y se sentía frío en las zonas comunes y comedor. Los baños , pasillos y el comedor antiguos. Baños con bañera en vez de ducha, alcachofa pequeña, poca temperatura ambiente y sin extracción de aire. El personal simplemente correcto aunque escaso. Un día a las 16:00h no estaba la habitación hecha. A mi parecer las 4 estrellas son muy justas.

Excellent location, on a pedestrianized street with lots of stores, restaurants and other services.
Breakfast was great and there were lots of options, from cakes, sausages, hot food, yogurt, etc.
The dinner menu was always very good, sometimes it was difficult to choose just one dish, and the background music was very good.
The staff were all very friendly and available.
The room, although small, was very comfortable, cozy and always clean.
It was an excellent choice in every respect
Excelente localização, fica numa rua pedonal com imensas lojas, restaurantes e outros serviços.
O pequeno almoço era óptimo e tinha imensas opções desde bolos, enchidos, quentes, iogurtes, etc
O menu do jantar foi sempre muito bom, às vezes até era difícil escolher só um prato, e a música ambiente era muito boa.
O staff era todo muito simpático e disponível.
O quarto, embora pequeno, era muito confortável, acolhedor e estava sempre limpo.
Foi uma excelente escolha em todos os aspectos
