          Las habitaciones del hotel, en general bien, pero haría falta un poco más de mantenimiento en algunas cosas. El personal es agradable, pero no son demasiado alegres, salvo excepciones muy contadas. Los restaurantes temáticos del hotel están muy bien, y no hay problemas para reservarlos (yo hice 5 reservas en una semana). En cambio, el buffet es muy mejorable, tanto en variedad de platos como en la calidad de los mismos, no parece un hotel de 5 estrellas en eso. Al hotel le falta más animación nocturna, que es la Republica Dominicana y no un funeral
          Sin duda el buffet hay que mejorarlos. Además, es un hotel del grupo Barceló y falta potenciar comida española en el buffet y abrir un restaurante temático español, que tendría muchísimo éxito.

          El equipo de animación. Barra libre para cócteles. Amplio horario de comidas. Hay variedad, pero no calidad.
          Que no hay espacio de sombreado ni en tumbonas de playa ni piscina. En uno de los bloques, el ascensor estaba desconectado. Teléfono interior no funcionaba. Secador de pelo iba con dificultad. Caja fuerte tampoco cerraba. Ducha con sumidero atascado. No existe late checkout … cobran a razón de 10 dólares/ hora si excedes de las 12pm. Si extravías toalla o tarjeta de la misma, son 20 dólares . La limpieza de las mesas de comedor es mejorable. Mobiliario deteriorado.
