The room we were given was on the second floor. At check-in we were charged a fee of 2€ per person per day, something I had not been informed of or had not seen anywhere.

The rooms are great and the breakfast is very worthwhile. Very clean. Good command of Spanish by the staff. If you get a pack that includes yellow bus and cruise, they are fantastic.

There is not a very good combination of public transport to the central areas of Porto, it takes about 20 minutes on average (going at a very light pace). The area is all paid parking and if the stay is long, the hotel parking will be expensive.
No hay muy buena combinación de transporte público a las zonas céntricas de Oporto, se tardan unos 20 minutos de media (yendo a un ritmo bien ligero). La zona es toda de aparcamiento de pago y si la estancia es larga, el parking del hotel saldrá caro.

For a more than affordable price, we have been able to spend 4 great days in a beautiful city, in a great hotel and along with the included experiences of the city bus and the boat ride on the Douro, it has been a great experience and I will certainly be watching for possible opportunities, too bad there are no more bargains outside of Spain apart from Portugal and Andorra, really a wonder!

El city tour de 2 dias consecutivos acorde a lo esperado y el desayuno buffet tambien bien.
The booking voucher did not clearly indicate the name of the company that was doing the 6 bridges cruise. We had to ask the competitor up to 3 times.
We expected to find them on the ribeira de oporto but they were on the other side of the ribeira de gaia...we called to find out the schedule and they told us wrong...omitting the last departures. Quite disappointed, we would have preferred to have done it with another company.
El bono de la reserva no indicaba bien el nombre de la compañía que realizaba el crucero de los 6 puentes. Tuvimos que preguntar a la competencia hasta en 3 ocasiones.
Esperabamos encontrarlos en la ribeira de oporto pero estaban al otro lado en la de gaia...llamamos para saber los horarios y nos los dijeron mal...omitiendo las últimas salidas. Bastante decepcionada, prefeririamos haberlo realizado con otra compañía.

They don't clean the bedrooms if you don't put the sign on the door when you leave and there is no kitchen service either, they only serve cold dishes. The TV is all in Portuguese, with no option of Spanish subtitles.
