This attractive apartment complex is located in the tourist area, just two kilometres from the city center. Shops, shops, bars, clubs and restaurants as well as a stop for public transport can be found in the surrounding area, 1,000 meters away. A few minutes walk away are the beach and the beautiful town of Costa Teguise, where you can find more shops and stores. Las Cucarachas Beach is two kilometres from the complex and the Bastián lava beach is 15 minutes away. The airport is a 45 minute drive. The complex was built in 2004 and consists of 3 floors with a total of 48 houses, including 30 apartments and 18 studios. It has a 24-hour lobby with a safe and currency exchange, a lift and a cafeteria. There is also a restaurant and a mini market available to guests. Internet access, a children's playground and laundry and bike rental are also offered. Guests can also have fun in the garden and take a relaxing walk there. A minibus is available on the beach. The modern apartments have a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a direct dial telephone, satellite or cable TV (for a fee), a kitchenette with fridge, air conditioning, a rental safe and a furnished balcony or terrace. At the end of each stay, the complex staff will take care of the cleaning.
