          The hotel covers an area of 1 million m², 75% of which is inhabited by the jungle, dunes and rocky banks. This holiday complex was designed with long-term tourism in mind and has an excellent location in the northern part of the Ilha de Santa Catarina in the Atlantic, opposite the islands of the southern Brazilian metropolis Floranopolis. The approximately 100 hectare accommodation of the complex is located in front of the extensive beaches of Praia do Santinho. The rooms are elegantly and comfortably furnished and offer the necessary amenities for an unforgettable stay. The enclosure has various restaurants, so you can choose from a wide range of dishes and specialties from traditional and international cuisine.

I contacted Tomas with a last-minute request to change the number of rooms in my reservation, just before the payment was due to be charged to my credit card.           For the hotel reservation, I was first asked to pay half of the total amount and then the remaining balance. After I completed these payments, I was asked to upload the ID documents of all the people travelling. They told me that if I did not provide the documents within two hours, they would cancel my reservation. I shared all the required documents with customer service within the two-hour deadline. However, I later received an email informing me that my reservation had been cancelled. The reason they gave was that the ID information I provided was “inconsistent.” When I asked what this meant, they simply told me that this was the response they had received from the agency. They completely ruined all my holiday plans at the last minute. Now I will have to make a new reservation at a much higher price, and my flight dates may also be affected. Absolutely terrible experience. Stay away from this company. They still have not refunded half of my payment. Instead, they keep delaying the process by telling me to contact my bank. I will share all the screenshots as evidence.

          There was a slight glitch during payment on the website. Call customer service who spoke perfect english, picked up the phone within 5 seconds, no AI, no waiting in line, no having to fight through cumbersome "menus". Customer support agent solved the problem on the phone within 2 minutes. Overall phenomenal experience. Keep up the great work.
