The location (right in the center of Torremolinos) and the cleanliness of the same (all facilities very clean)

Too basic, it's a hotel with old mattresses and very few amenities. The air conditioning isn't adjustable, with just a plug to turn it on or off. The TV requires a deposit for the remote control (we didn't use it). There's no small refrigerator to store water, soft drinks, or food. The bathroom is old-fashioned.
Demasiado sencillo, es un hotel con colchones antiguos y muy pocos servicios. Aire no regulable, solo con un enchufe para encender o apagar. La TV te cobran una fianza por el mando a distancia (no lo cogimos) No hay una pequeña nevera para poder guardar agua o refrescos o algo de comida. El baño es antiguo.

The price we got through this offer as the normal price there is unthinkable for the type of hotel it is.
El precio que conseguimos a través de esta oferta ya que el precio normal de allí es impensable para el tipo de hotel que es.
The food service is scarce with only one island available.
You have to pay 10€ for the remote control to use the TV. The reception staff was not very nice, not so with the cleaning staff who are very attentive.
On the other hand, they put us in a room next to another that was under construction, which is incomprehensible because the hotel was not full and the hammering from 08.00 in the morning is not at all pleasant for someone who wants to rest.
El servicio de comidas es escaso con tan solo una isla habilitada.
Debes pagar 10€ por el mando a distancia para poder usar el televisor. El personal de recepción no fue muy agradable, no siendo así con el personal de limpieza que es muy atento.
Por otro lado nos alojaron en una habitación pegada a otra que estaba en obras, cosa incomprensible porque el hotel no estaba lleno y los martillazos desde las 08.00 de la mañana no son nada placenteros para alguien que busca descansar.
