The beach access is well connected, but it gets very crowded depending on the time you go.

The hotel is simple, but the value for money is fantastic. The location is very good, very close to the beach but in a quiet area of Comarruga with good car park. We stayed with two small children and had a great time, as the facilities are very suitable for them (mainly the playground and the children's pool, but the "big" pool is also fine for kids). We were very happy with Ángela as the entertainer and with the whole restaurant team, who were very patient and always pleasant, even though sometimes the kids made things difficult... The food is good and there's enough variety to keep everyone happy. The grill station is a great idea, and we didn't feel that the menus were always the same. Again, it's clear that this is a good place for children, both because of the available dishes (there was always a choice of different pastas, potatoes, soups...) and because they were prepared with plenty of booster people so the children could sit at the table.
And once again, I have to mention that the team working there (reception, entertainment, and restaurant) do a really good job and make up for anything the hotel could improve. All in all, a perfect place to spend a few days with children.
El hotel es sencillo, pero la relación calidad precio es fantástica. La ubicación es muy buena, muy cerca de la playa pero en una zona de Comarruga tranquila y con buen aparcamiento. Hemos estado con 2 niños pequeños y lo hemos pasado muy bien, ya que las instalaciones son muy adecuadas para ellos (principalmente parque y piscina infantil, pero también la piscina "grande" está bien para niños). Muy contentos con Ángela como animadora y con todo el equipo de restaurante, que han sido muy pacientes y siempre agradables aunque a veces los niños lo pongan tan difícil.... la comida es buena y hay una variedad suficiente para contentar a todo el mundo. La mesa de plancha es un acierto y no hemos sentido que los menús se repitan constantemente. También aquí se nota que es un lugar adecuado para niños, tanto por los platos disponibles (siempre había opción de diferentes pastas, patatas, sopas...) como por estar preparados con muchos alzadores para que los niños se sienten a la mesa.
Y, de nuevo, recalcar que el equipo de personas que trabajan allí (recepción, animación y restaurante) trabajan muy bien y compensan las cosas que el hotel podría mejorar. Lo dicho, un lugar perfecto para unos días con niños.
The heat in the main areas is very overwhelming and having only two lifts really slows everything down. The shower in our room was quite small. It would probably be good if the pool stayed open until 8 in the evening, because with the heat these days, losing access to the pool from 7pm is a real hassle...

The staff were wonderful. The breakfast was very varied. The room was perfect and the air conditioning excellent. As for the sunbeds, if you’re with polite people it’s easy to use them, but if people are cheeky… they leave towels and go off. The location is great — you’re in the beach and promenade area in five minutes.

Pues dejan las toallas y se van. La ubicación una maravilla en 5 minutos estás en la zona de playa y paseo.
Food and dinner take a long time to be replenished and, apart from four dishes, the rest were poor. Cooking quality is quite poor — bland, undercooked, insipid flavours. The dining-room and common-area climate control is inadequate. The pool is closed at 19:30h, which I find very early. The entertainment team lack charm and enthusiasm; they run the activities and that’s it — they don’t engage or inspire guests. The lifts are small and there are only two for the hotel’s number of guests. The toilets in the main areas are filthy and have a very strong urine smell.
Comida y cena tardan en reponer y a mí personalmente a excepción de 4 platos el resto... Calidad de cocinado bastante pobre, soso, crudo, sabores insípidos... la climatización del comedor y zonas comunes deficiente. La piscina la cierran a las 19h encuentro que es muy pronto.El personal de animación sin gracia ni ganas, van hacen la actividad y fin, no se dedican a animar y contagiar las ganas. Los ascensores pequeños y solo dos para el nivel de huéspedes del hotel.
Los baños de zonas comunes una marraneria y con olores a pipis fuertísimos.

Hotel located relatively close to the beach, with a children's pool although securing a sunbed is a challenge.

The buffet could be greatly improved in both variety and quality of the food.
This year they have two service times; even when we went to the first sitting early and the dining room was empty, staff could not keep up with refilling the food trays.
Entertainment was non-existent: this year there was not even a daily mini‑disco for children, no bingo, and no pool activities like paella-making or aquagym as in previous years.

To keep it brief, I'll do it as a list. What I DID like:
- The good air conditioning and the size of the room.
- The towels and cleanliness in the room.
- The dining area space, modern and with very comfortable chairs.
- The children's pool area.
- Being able to park for free nearby.
- The staff, in general, are friendly, despite how overloaded they are with work...
- Breakfast is the best meal of the day; there is almost everything, and the orange juice and coffee from the machines are quite good.
Para no extenderme, lo haré a modo lista. Lo que SI me ha gustado: - La buena climatizacion y el tamaño de la habitación . - Las toallas y limpieza en la habitación . - El espacio físico del comedor, moderno y con sillas muy cómodas. - La zona de piscina infantil . - Poder aparcar gratis en la zona. - El personal, en general, son amables, a pesar de lo super cargados que van de trabajo... - Los desayunos es la mejor comida del dia, hay casi de todo, el zumo de naranja y el café de las máquinas estas bastante bien.
What I did NOT like:
- Bad smell in the toilets in the reception area (including some cockroaches)...
- Poor air conditioning in the main areas, especially in corridors and part of the dining room.
- Chaos at the buffet — it’s like "The Hunger Games": little variety, times when you have to keep walking round to see what you can pick because most dishes are empty, or queuing at every mealtime for the griddle as there aren’t many other options.
- The person serving at the griddle has to manage two griddles with two queues and the oven as well, whether for pizzas (which sell out as soon as they come out because people are waiting) or for the bread rolls that disappear quickly...
- The pool — wow, small for about 180 rooms, supposedly for adults yet half the pool is only waist-deep, and it’s dirty, as are the bathroom and the whole pool area which get no maintenance during the day; in the afternoon it’s unpleasant, the water is cloudy and the pool edges... best not to look.
- The indoor bar only opens from 19:30h to 23:00h so after lunch you can’t have a coffee or a drink indoors quietly, only on the porch outside where it’s stiflingly hot at this time of year.
- The hotel is near the beach, yes, but you go down a very ugly, dirty street — of course that’s not the hotel’s fault...
- In conclusion, price/quality is average; we stayed a week but for the same price it would be better to spend fewer days somewhere else...
Lo que NO me ha gustado: - Mal olor de los baños que hay en la zona de recepción (incluida alguna cucaracha)... - Mala climatización en las zonas comunes, sobre todo en pasillos y parte del comedor. - Caos en el buffet, eso son "los juegos del hambre" .. poca variedad, momentos en que tienes que ir dando vueltas a ver que puedes coger porque casi todo está vacío o hacer colas en todas las comidas para la plancha ya que no hay muchas más opciones. - La persona que atiende a la plancha tiene que estar pendiente de las dos planchas con sus dos colas y además del horno, ya sea para pizzas (que se acaban solo sacarlas porque hay gente esperandolas) o para los panecillos que duran nada también.... - La piscina, uff, pequeña para unas 180 habitaciones, se supone que es para adultos y la mitad te cubre solo hasta la cintura, y sucia, asi como el baño y toda la zona de la piscina que no tiene mantenimiento alguno durante el dia y por la tarde da asquito, el agua turbia y los bordes de la piscina ... mejor no mirarlos ... -El bar interior solo abre a partir de las 19:00 hasta las 23:00 con lo que despues de comer no puedes tomarte un café y una copa dentro tranquilamente, solo en el porche de fuera con un calor agobiante en estas fechas. - El hotel está cerca de la playa si, pero bajas por una calle feísima y sucia que, por supuesto eso no es culpa del hotel... - En conclusión precio/calidad regular, hemos estado una semana pero por el mismo precio, mejor menos dias en otro sitio ...

The rooms, and especially the beds, are very comfortable. The food is acceptable — there isn’t much variety, but if something runs out they replenish it straight away.

The shower I got is far too small and you can barely move. There are few sunbeds by the pool. At the pool bar there was often only one member of staff, so queues formed to order.

We stayed on an All-Inclusive and had to queue to ask staff for anything we wanted. Waiting all day. You couldn’t even help yourself to water. To get a snack you first had to request that they prepare it for you.

They don’t have highchairs for babies; they use booster people recommended from 18 months (manufacturer states 12 months if the child sits perfectly), which have a single restraint strap and insufficient back support. When we raised this with the hotel the responses were evasive and we ended up buying a second‑hand highchair ourselves. Children’s safety should not be compromised without guarantees — I hope nothing ever happens for this reason.
No tienen tronas para bebés, son alzadores recomendados a partir de los 18 meses (según fabricante 12 meses si se mantiene perfectamente sentado), que tienen una única correa de sujeción sin suficiente respaldo. Al comentarlo en el hotel las respuestas fueron esquivas y acabamos comprando una trona de segunda mano, con la seguridad de los niños no se debería jugar sin garantías, ojalá nunca pase nada por este motivo…

Quiet village. Hotel two blocks from the beach.
Pueblo tranquilo. Hotel a dos manzanas de la playa.
The accommodation was very poor. Room without a mini fridge. Bathroom very small, with a tiny, uncomfortable shower. You constantly switch off the tap with your back and the curtain sticks to you while you are showering. Very inconvenient if you are with people with reduced mobility. The room door slams shut, take care with children. Cleaning was superficial. During the days we stayed they didn’t clean the terrace, which filled with sand from the towels, so you brought sand into the room. They didn’t clean under the beds on any day, so if something falls under there or children get under, it acts like a mop.
The lifts are small, with long queues...
The dining room food was mediocre, and if you went in the second sitting or arrived a little late many items were missing. A bit stressful — there were no plates, or no spoons or glasses...
Food items were unlabelled. You didn’t know what you were eating.
The pool is small. They closed it at 19:30h, which I think is early.
Children’s entertainment was minimal. The evening entertainment was practically non-existent. They played some music and that was it.
Despite the staff, who were very kind, I would not return.
El alojamiento muy justo. Habitación sin mini nevera. Baño muy pequeño, con una ducha enana e incómoda. Apagas el grifo constantemente con la espalda y la cortina se te pega al cuerpo cuando te estas duchando. Muy incómodo si vas con personas con movilidad reducida. La puerta de la habitación se cierra de golpe, cuidado con los niños. La limpieza muy superficial. En los días que estuvimos no limpiaron la terraza, que se llenaba de arena por las toallas, y por lo tanto, metías la arena a la habitación. No limpiaron ni un día debajo de las camas, asique si se os cae algo o vais con niños y se meten debajo, hacen de mopa.
Los ascensores, pequeños, muchas colas,....
El comedor, la comida pasable, pero si vas en el segundo turno o si llegabas algo tarde, faltaban muchas cosas. Un poco estresante, no había platos o no había cucharas o vasos....
Los alimentos sin etiquetar. No sabías qué comias.
La piscina pequeña. La cerraban a las 19.00, para mi opinión pronto.
La animación para niños muy justa. La de la noche, prácticamente no había. Ponían música y ala.
A pesar del personal, que fue muy amable, no volvería.
