Water and wine are not included in Full Board. The room was somewhat dirty (bad sweeping and hair)

Friendly staff, cool children's pool, clean and large rooms, correct entertainment.
Personal amable, piscina infantil chula, las habitaciones limpias y grandes, animación correcta.
The food is quite fair, but for the price you can't ask for much more...Shower in the room quite small.

Food although little variety, good. Great to go with small children.
Comida aunque poca variedad, buena. Para ir con niños pequeños genial.
To go without small children I do not recommend it. Little variety in food. Queues to enter the dining room at certain hours.

The hotel staff are very friendly and the cook too. Every day I made my son the food he wanted because my son is celiac.
El personal del hotel muy amables y el cocinero también.Cada dia a mi hijo le hacía la comida qué le apetecía porqué mi hijo es celíaco.
The shower in the room is very small and uncomfortable to take a shower. The elevators are very small and are always busy.
La ducha de la habitación es muy pequeña y incomoda para ducharse.los ascensores muy mal son muy pequeños i siempre están ocupados.

The animation guys are great, especially the girl with the braids. Friendly waiters. Excellent hotel staff. The all inclusive great. It had been a couple of years since I had seen an all-inclusive like this

All-inclusive food ends at 7:30 p.m., when the restaurant opens for dinner, and drinks end at 114:00h. It would be nice to have a choice of food until midnight, even if they are cold things.
La comida del todo incluido termina a las 19:30 h, cuando abre el restaurante para las cenas, y las bebidas termina a las 00 h.
Estaría bien tener opción de comida hasta las 00 h, aunque sean cosas frías.

Todo genial,hotel reformado la habitación está muy bien amplia y bonita
Piscina pequeña pero siempre hay hamacas
La piscina chapoteo y chorros también genial para los peques y los grandes también
Personal muy atento por lo general

La comida no hay mucha variedad pero está buena, sin apenas fritos, con carne y pescado plancha
Desayunos bastante bien y variados con servicio plancha, huevos, tortillas al gusto incluso tortitas, sólo heché en falta cava ????

Lo malo las colas enormes para pedir en la barra
Un poco de descontrol con los TI no daban abasto a servir a todo el mundo
Y otra pega es que dejaban de reponer comida en el buffet demasiado pronto, a media hora de terminar el servico comedor había platos que ya no se reponían e incluso se retiraban cuando la gente aún no se había servido
Creo que nos quejamos mucha gente por ello y la verdad hay que decir que ya no se repitió más

Good place to go with children and enjoy the small pool

The large pool had many broken tiles and cut your feet, the pillows in the room it was better to take one from home, they did not clean the terrace practically any day, we were 4 and only on the last day they gave us 4 towels, it has 2 very small and very crowded elevators and it was better to walk up than to wait for them to come
La piscina grande tenía muchas baldosas rotas y se hacían cortes en los pies,las almohadas de la habitación era mejor llevarte de casa una,no nos limpiaron la terraza prácticamente ningún día,éramos 4 y solo el último día nos pusieron 4 toallas, tiene 2 ascensores muy pequeños y con mucha saturación y era mejor subir andando que esperar a que vinieran
