Exceptional staff. Great food, varied and well cooked. Themed dinners 7 days a week and very well done, we loved and were surprised. Live cooking at all meals. The rooms are not bad, I am not a fan of sofa beds because they are not as comfortable as a bed, but the room is spacious and has plenty of storage space. The main areas and facilities are very good, gym, swimming pool, slide, games room, tennis courts, garden areas, etc. everything is very good. Towel rental is great, changed daily and deposit per room, not per towel. Possibility of extending your stay until 2 pm or 6 pm, but if you do not wish to, you can use all the facilities until your departure. Changing room with clean showers and hot water, great!!! I was very surprised that despite being full there were no queues, no fuss, no noise, always free and clean tables in the dining room and no queues at the buffet. Entertainment and shows every day, very complete and international. Location, close to the airport, residential area with beautiful coves nearby, Maioros, Cala Brava, Cala Pi, etc. Palma 20 minutes away. A shopping centre 5 minutes walk away with numerous bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, a pastoral to order ensaimadas, etc...
Personal excepcional.Comida estupenda, variada y bien cocinada.Cenas temáticas los 7 días de la semana y muy conseguida, nos han encantado y sorprendido .Cocina en vivo en todas las comidas.
Las habitaciones no están mal,no soy partidaria de los sofá cama porque no son tan cómodos como una cama,pero habitación amplia y con bastante sitio de almacenaje. Zonas comunes e instalaciones muy bien, gym, piscina, tobogán,sala juegos, pistas tenis, zonas ajardinadas, etc. todo muy bien.Alquiler toallas estupendo, cambio diario y depósito por habitación no por toalla. Posibilidad de ampliar estancia hasta las 14 horas o hasta las 18horas, sino lo deseas puedes hacer uso de todas las instalaciones hasta tu partida. Vestuario con duchas limpiarlas y de agua caliente,estupendo!!! Me ha sorprendido mucho que a pesar de estar completo bo había colas, ni jaleo, ni bullas,siempre mesas libres y limpias en el comedor y sin colas en el bufet.Animacion y espectáculos todos los días,muy completa e internacional.
Ubicación,cerca del aeropuerto, zona residencial con calas preciosas cerca, Maioros, cala Brava, cala Pi,etc..Palma a 20 minutos. Un centro comercial a 5 minutos andando con numerosos bares,súper,farmacia, pastoril para encargara ensaimadas,etc...
To put a fault on it... the sofa bed, I would prefer a third bed, but to say something, it is a highly recommended hotel, I would repeat if I went to the same area.
Por poner alguna pega... el sofá cama, preferiría tercera cama,pero por decir algo,es un hotel muy recomendable,repetiría de ir a la misma zona

Very good
The staff were very nice, although sometimes they seemed a little overwhelmed during rush hour in the restaurant. To highlight the kindness of the reception staff, entertainer Bruno and the girls at the miniclub. The children's pool area and Water Slides are wonderful. Good and varied, quality food. Themed dinners. We liked the night shows, as well as the mini disco our children liked.
El personal muy agradable, aunque a veces se les veía algo desbordados en hora punta en el restaurante. A destacar la amabilidad del personal de recepción, animador Bruno y las chicas del miniclub. La zona de piscina infantil y los toboganes son una maravilla. La comida buena y variada, de calidad. Cenas temáticas. Los shows nocturnos nos gustaron, así como la minidisco a nuestros hijos.
There had been rain and two days later the hammocks in the children's area and the floor of the Water Slides were still quite muddy.
Había habido lluvias y dos días después las hamacas de la zona infantil y el suelo de los toboganes seguía con bastante barro.
