En el hotel Palmera Plaza hemos estado muy muy bien, las habitaciones estaban muy bien el desayuno estupendo y el personal muy amable, dejamos una noche el coche en el parking del hotel y no nos quisieron cobrar por lo que muy bien, ha sido una experiencia muy buena y repetiremos y el precio estupendo.
No tengo ninguna queja.

Para ser una oferta de tantos dias la calidad del hotel excepcional. Y todo un plus haber tenido el desayuno incluido. Un 10 al chollo.

El edificio, sus jardines y su situacion en la ciudad
Malos servicios, no servicio de cafeteria, ni de prensa ni de comedor. El hotel tiene muchas posibilidades pero sin explotar. Es increíble que dentro un hotel de 5 estrellas carezca de cosas elementales en un hotel. A la llegada nos dieron una habitación que al abrir estaba ocupada. El día antes de irnos la llave magnética dejó de funcionar.El televisor del año de la tarara y solamente se ven algunos canales y mal.Se deben cuidar más los pequeños detalles en un hotel de 5 estrellas Tales como el servicio en general el servicio de bar cafetería restaurante servicio de prensa servicio de internet etc etc

Nos ha gustado mucho su ubicación, la limpieza, los jardines, la habitación amplia, etc.
Un poco difícil aparcar cerca del hotel.

En general muy bien todo, desde la ubicacion del mismo a la atencion del
personal y la infraestructura del mismo.
Muy bien el wihi en la habitacion.
