On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with French doors that open onto the terrace and pool. The dining room is located between the living room and the kitchen. The kitchen, also very spacious, has a breakfast table, pantry and exit to the porch. From the kitchen there is access to the laundry room. On this floor there are three bedrooms with two single beds each -beds together-. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a separate bathroom with a shower. Cleanliness. On the first floor is the master bedroom with double bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, and balcony overlooking the pool. On this floor, from the landing there is access to two terraces; one with views to the east and the other to the west.
