The Marsal house is located just 200m. from the beautiful beach Cala Marsal. From the hall there is access to the living/dining room which is very bright and has access to a covered terrace with partial views of the sea. The kitchen has a pantry and a breakfast table. Bathroom with bathtub. A staircase leads to the upper floor where there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub and access to a small balcony with views of the sea. The other two bedrooms -each with two single beds- share a separate bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub. One of these bedrooms also has a small balcony with sea views. From the hall, stairs go down to the semi-basement where the last bedroom is, with a double bed and a separate bathroom with shower. It also has a spacious room with a table, chairs, two sofas, a kitchenette and a laundry room.. From this room you can access the exterior and the pool. From the living/dining room there is access to the covered terrace with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy al fresco meals with sea views.
