Unreasonable and illogical—Amimir refuses to fix an obvious error despite instant notification. I chose Amimir.com (Booking Ref: a01402408b / ID: 7719637) to book a 2-night stay for a group of 8 friends because of their positive Trustpilot score. We even used them for the previous night's booking. During checkout, the breakfast-inclusive option was actively displayed for just a £7 surplus (£635 total). My credit card was charged £628—a minor variation I reasonably assumed was due to standard currency exchange rates. However, the confirmation dropped as "room only." I called support within seconds to rectify this obvious error and took a timestamped screenshot proving the live website was still actively advertising that exact £7 rate. The inventory was there, and the price was valid. Amimir's response has been completely unacceptable. They claim their internal log shows no system error, but showing a final "room only" log doesn't prove my intent—it only proves what their system mistakenly recorded. They have provided zero evidence that I actively selected room only. No group of 8 adults would willingly pass up breakfast for a total of £7 over 2 nights. We stayed there previously and loved it! It was clearly an error and the same B&B price was available on other sites. Amimir could have easily resolved this there and then. Instead, after going back and forth with their customer support team over several days (and what appeared to be AI generated stock responses!) we had the following today. Customer service agent Tomas Da Costa refusing to help, claiming the hotel says it "isn't possible" to change it, and told us to just buy breakfast at reception. This is a blatant lie. I am looking at their live website right now, and today the breakfast package is still actively advertised for just £6 extra over the room-only rate for the whole trip! The rate is live, the inventory is there, yet Amimir refuses to spend £6 to honour their own advertised price. Buying walk-in breakfast for 8 adults over 2 nights will cost us hundreds of pounds out of pocket. To pass this massive financial burden onto us over a £6 discrepancy is an absolute insult. Every single one of the 8 friends on this trip is understandably fuming by this treatment and motivated to act. We were looking forward to returning to the Royal Obidos and the excellent breakfast they provide (we were there last year). What should be an enjoyable few weeks in the lead up to our trip...will now be taken up by having to raise a legal claim on top of raising through our credit card provider. We will never trust this platform again and suggest others consider the same.

It was my second experience for hotel booking with this platform.And I was still a little worred,but everything went successfully. Booking process was fast,price was lower,than the competitors.I hope to use these services again next time.

Sent a confirmation for my hotel booking - but that was fake - in reality I had no booking. I discovered this when I contacted the All Accor - hotel to inform them that I was arriving late. This was weeks before my stay, so I contacted Amimir.com and at this point I have a void "confirmation", no refund, and a "we're checking with our holiday provider" Update: As you can see (below) Amimir.com is not disputing that they are sending fake confirmations.

I booked a stay at Kaya Artemis Resort & Casino through Amimir.com (Booking ID: 7710825) and paid in full (€1,256). Relying on this confirmed reservation, I also purchased non-refundable flight tickets for my upcoming holiday. Just 10 days before my trip, Amimir sent me a cold email stating that my reservation was canceled due to a "change in availability" at the hotel, offering nothing more than a simple refund. However, upon checking Amimir.com right after receiving this email, I discovered that rooms for the EXACT SAME DATES at Kaya Artemis Resort & Casino are STILL BEING SOLD on their website! This is absolutely unacceptable. They claim there is no availability, yet they continue to list and sell the same rooms to new customers—likely at a higher price—while leaving existing customers stranded with paid flight tickets. Canceling a confirmed booking 10 days prior to arrival and causing a direct financial loss of [Uçak Biletinizin Tutar?] for my flights is a clear violation of fair trading standards. I refuse to accept a basic refund that leaves me with wasted flight tickets and overpriced last-minute hotel rates. I demand that Amimir either honor my original reservation (ID: 7710825) or provide an equivalent 5-star hotel in the same region at no additional cost. If this is not resolved immediately, I will be taking formal legal action through the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net) and submitting all screenshot evidence of their ongoing room sales. Avoid booking with Amimir if you don't want your vacation ruined at the last minute!

Based on my experience, I would never use Amimir again. I booked a hotel abroad two weeks in advance. To make sure everything was in order, I contacted the hotel several times by phone and email. Every single time, the hotel told me they had no reservation under my name. I then spent a considerable amount of time contacting Amimir's customer service. Instead of providing clear answers, they kept asking me to wait until the free cancellation period had almost expired. When I asked what would happen if my booking was still not confirmed after the free cancellation deadline, I was told that if I cancelled, I would lose my money—even though the hotel still had no record of my reservation and my trip was only three days away. I asked a simple question: When should my reservation appear in the hotel's system? I was told by a customer service representative, Melanie, that there was no timeline at all. According to her, the booking could appear anywhere between 48 hours and just 3 hours before check-in. She even advised me to travel to another country with my family and simply turn up at the hotel, despite the hotel being unable to confirm my reservation. Only if there was a problem upon arrival would Amimir "try" to find an alternative accommodation—but they couldn't tell me what that alternative would be until I was already there. How is that an acceptable way to treat paying customers? I was expected to travel internationally with my family without a confirmed hotel booking and simply trust that everything would somehow work out. The customer service was extremely disappointing. While I did speak to a couple of polite representatives, others were incredibly rude and dismissive. One representative, whom I believe was called Laura (she refused to give me her name, so I may have remembered it incorrectly), refused to transfer me to a manager and spoke to me as though the company was doing me a favour rather than providing a service I had already paid for. I now have flights booked but no confirmed hotel, and my summer holiday has effectively been ruined because of this experience. My advice, based on what happened to me, is to avoid this website if you value peace of mind when travelling. Before Amimir posts the standard "we're sorry to hear about your experience" response, I suggest you first review your internal records, as every conversation is documented. I've already given the company multiple opportunities to resolve this situation, including writing directly to the Group CEO, who has yet to respond. Instead of another generic apology, I'd like to know what Amimir intends to do to compensate me for the stress, uncertainty, and the disruption to my family's holiday.
