          In my opinion, they provide a reliable service that offers good value and a wide range of booking options. My only issue is that in recent months, they haven't allowed me to pay the €10 booking deposit; instead, I have to pay the full amount upfront. For this reason, I book with them less frequently.

          Steer clear, cut out the middle man and book direct or with a company that actually cares!
          Daughter booked 4star all inclusive hotel for a week and arrived to what can only be described as a hovel serving inedible scraps. Pile of what looked to be horse manure mixed with rubbish at the main entrance, mouldy rooms with bug infestations, no air con, broken fridges in most rooms, facilities such as waterslides and lazy river empty, filthy and inaccessible. Other facilities listed nonexistent! Contacted Amimir on 2nd July and as requested sent over all video and photographic evidence along with out of pocket expenses due to the poor quality all inclusive known to man, good (very little mind) not fit for the stray cats let alone humans. By their own published T&C’s all complaints are dealt with within 14 days apparently, however here we are without even acknowledgment of most recent email. On the phone customer service is appalling, not our problem we are waiting on supplier. Contract was made with Amimir , who should be doing everything they can to resolve the issue including demanding a response from their supplier! I would advise anyone thinking of booking to check all available reviews of hotel (although this one only started getting bad reviews after booked) apparently new owners and many there had been going years but have vowed never to return. My daughter will now be taking her evidence to the bank to get her money back for failure to provide what was advertised and putting people’s health at risk! I would also suggest a total overhaul of customer service to bring it in line with published terms and conditions The below isn’t the full story, on the first day of holiday a rep knocked them up out of bed with their names on his list of holiday makers. All issues were reported to the rep and the hotel. The rep told them he would bring a complaints form to be completed which didn’t materialise. Assuming he had reported everything we rang on return for an update to be told you don’t have a n resort reps. So not only failure to meet your own terms and conditions but a GDPR breach sharing details with third parties without permission!!

          Prices incorrect and not compliant with GDPR
          I wanted to book a hotel and went through the various steps. When I got to the payment page this then indicated that it did not include taxes, which mean that their price was cheaper than other providers in the first instance, but the added taxes then made them more expensive. This is illegal under EU law. Furthermore, I then received a phone call from them telling me I hadn't booked. I did not consent to being contacted by phone, which again means they are not compliant with EU law.

Around two weeks before our holiday, a Castelletto employee named Kristina, who I believe may have been the hotel manager, contacted me on WhatsApp. She claimed that she had already tried to contact me by email, but I had never received any email from the hotel. She then told me that there was a problem with their booking system and that we could not stay at the hotel on July 21. She asked me to cancel the booking. I refused because this was not our fault. She suggested some other hotels she had found online, but they were not of the same standard as Castelletto. I said that I would only agree to cancel if the hotel offered compensation. She refused and told me that the booking could remain as it was. Then, only one day before our arrival on July 20, I received an email from Amimir.com saying that we could not stay at Castelletto because a previous guest had damaged items in the bathroom. This explanation was completely different from what Kristina had told me earlier about a booking-system problem. In my opinion, these changing explanations were dishonest and highly unprofessional. I strongly condemn Hotel Castelletto and Kristina for the way they handled this situation. Their actions caused us unnecessary stress and disrupted our holiday at the last minute. I also suspect that the hotel may have wanted to cancel our low-priced booking so that the room could be sold at a higher price, although I cannot prove this. Amimir.com/en, however, handled the situation very well. They responded quickly, listened to our concerns, and found Villa Avantgarde for us at the last minute. Unfortunately, Villa Avantgarde was not really of the same standard as Castelletto appeared to be in the voucher. However, I do not blame Amimir.com for this. The problem was caused by Castelletto’s last-minute cancellation and their inconsistent explanations. Overall, I was very satisfied with Amimir.com and their customer service. I would use their service again. I only wish I had been given the opportunity to leave a public review directly for Hotel Castelletto.
