The ground floor has an entrance that leads to a bright dining room, it is a very pleasant area that contains paintings painted by the owner. French doors lead to the swimming pool and to the garden terraces with bougainvillea. Very spacious fully equipped kitchen with a side door that leads to a covered terrace where the Barbecue is located. This floor offers three bedrooms, all of them very spacious and with wonderful views towards the garden. One bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with shower en suite -this shower is suitable for wheelchairs- and access to the garden. There are two more twin bedrooms that share a bathroom with a bath and shower. One of these bedrooms has direct access to the pool area. Guest toilet. A marble staircase leads to the first floor where there is an open gallery; perfect to enjoy reading. The views from this gallery towards Santanyi are wonderful. The upper floor offers three more bedrooms.. One bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with shower en suite -has access to a terrace with wonderful views-. It welcomes you to the house, the original door of more than 200 years old that has been duly restored. From the hall you enter the open living/dining room, which also has an open kitchen. The living/dining room has a beautiful teak wood table, Italian design with methacrylate chairs and comfortable sofas. This area is full of natural light since it is surrounded by glass walls, which allows a lot of light to enter, although not heat (special glass).           I give this site a big fat zero I was searching for a hotel and I came across magnificent Mile downtown Chicago. I picked the dates 29th 30th 31st and the price came out to $39. Once I paid my money to book the stay they send me confirmation and at bottom it say you will have to pay $245.89 for a resort fee wtf you mean a resort fee that wasn't started before I paid my money

          Very easy and clear process to book an hotel in Rome. I found the cheapest option here compared to other booking platforms. It was very clear that there were tourist taxes to be paid directly to the hotel while it wasn't that clear on other booking platforms. Excellent experience overall.

          We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The employés were all very kind and helpfull. The room was clean and looked nice and also the restaurant. We liked the breakfast, there was a lot of variation to eat. Definitely recommend this place!

          In my opinion: 10 out of 10. Why? 1. Proximity to the sea (visible from the window). 2. Quiet at night, no one disturbs my sleep, excellent mattress. 3. Excellent ventilation in the apartment. At 28 degrees, it was cool. No need to turn on the air conditioner. You breathe natural air, not artificial. 4. Proximity to two supermarkets: an expensive Crai 100 meters away and a budget Eurospin 400 meters away. 5. Excellent internet.

          Warning! This is total fraud, first they send you the confirmation, but then they say that you need to provide "ceritificate of the ownership of the card" (this is the first time I hear something like this), and then REFUSE TO REFUND. In other words, it's an organized crime. I will denounce them to Spanish authorities ASAP, I can't believe a Spanish established company can behave this way.
