          Located on the island of Madeira (which in turn is the main island of the archipelago with its same name). Specifically it is located in the capital, Funchal, just over 20 Kms from the accommodation is the airport and barely 1Km you will have access to Praia Formosa.

          Una experiencia fantástica, Madeira, no se encontraba en mi lista de viajes, al final me lance y he venido encantada , me alojaron en otro hotel , que ha decir de otros clientes, era mejor, mas cerca de Funchal , a media hora dando un paseito x la costa, la agencia encargada de recogernos en el aeropuerto muy formales , el guia Nazän nos dio todo tipo de explicaciones y lo puedo confirmar, x que hicimos un recorrido con ellos y otro con otra cia y...para nada, no hay color Madeira es un paraíso, contrastes de colores marrones de la lava y verdes , tan verdes ke te parece que estar en la selva venezolana, con cascadas de agua cayendo desde lo alto....es tanta la exuberancia que tiene que hace daño a la vista. Las playas no tienen gran valor, pero tienes la opción de ir a piscinas naturales Funchal esta limpita y bien cuidada sus gentes super amables que se esfuerzan x entenderte Recomiendo hacer el recorrido total de la isla y si vais con guia mejor, el avistamiento de delfines y ballenas, que se ven.... y si quereis una comida en plan casero y bien de precio , en Snack-Bar Imperador x debajo de la catedral

          Su úbicacion, el personal de recepción.
          No hay aire acondicionado en el comedor. La cocina mal equipada. El baño mal equipado, ni una estantería para colocar lo normal para la higiene personal.Gel y champu proporcionado por el hotel en cantidades miserables. No tiene cuarto para dejar maletas cuando tú avión sale por la tarde y abandonas as la habitación a las 12.

          La ubicación es buena, y las habitaciones aunque antiguas son cómodas.
          El hotel no tiene aire acondicionado las zonas comunes o comedor, las habitaciones si tienen. Nos llevó el autobús de vuelta al aeropuerto sin aire acondicionado, durante más de una hora, con un calor horrible, no fue humano con varios niños en el autobús.

          Todos los servicios que ofrece el hotel y el servicio gratuito de autobuses diarios al centro.
          Las habitaciones no cuentan con persianas. Difícil dormir. Además los colchones no son muy cómodos. Bastante duros. La cocina del apartahotel esta genial aunque no contaba con microondas. Sobre el desayuno, el té y el café no eran muy buenos. La piscina exterior estaba sucísima, llena de pelos, y o contaba con servicio de socorrista. Durante la semana que hemos estado no parecía haber sido limpiada. El baño turco estaba fuera de servicio. La última noche fue sorprendente encontrarnos en la terraza con una rata enorme corriendo a nuestro lado... (nuestra habitación Nº 439 estaba en la cuarta planta pero la terraza daba a una explanada). Se lo comenté a las recepcionistas y no supieron darme ningún tipo de explicación o disculpas. Algo bastante grave, la verdad.

          Aunque teníamos la reserva en el hotel Musa d’Ajuda nos alojaron en el Jardins d’Ajuda, que está al lado y es donde está la piscina, spa, etc. La piscina está muy bien. El desayuno fantástico. La habitación aunque antigua era amplia y con una pequeña terracita. La atención del personal muy buena. Garaje por 3€ diarios. Buen ubicado, con autobuses que te dejan en el centro.
          No se esmeraban mucho en la limpieza de la habitación. Hacer las camas y poco más. Se hacen las habitaciones tarde (hasta las 15h-16h no puedes contar con que esté hecha).

I contacted Amimir while waiting at reception, but the booking still never reached the hotel. I was left stranded and had to pay the hotel again directly.
