The staff are the only decent thing about that hotel.

The hotel has no security; the doors are made of paper. The beds were disgusting; we had to put the mattresses on the floor to sleep properly. There was no air conditioning, the coffee maker they provided was broken, the bathtub was slippery, and the breakfast food was terrible.

This is the first time I've ever stayed in a hotel in such conditions. The moment we entered the room, we saw a pile of dead flying ants; they must have sprayed something to kill them and hadn't bothered to sweep up. The worst part was the bathroom. When we walked in, it was crawling with ants, which we ended up stomping on until they scurried away through the water pipes. We chose this hotel because my son saw that it had been renovated, as it had been before. To this day, I still don't know why I didn't leave after filing a complaint.

Nada más entrar en la habitación vimos un montón de hormigas voladoras muertas, seguramente habían hechado algo para matarlas y no habían tenido la decencia de barrer. Lo peor fue en el cuarto de baño cuando entramos todo lleno de hormigas que por cierto fuimos matando a pisotones hasta que se escondieron por los agujeros de los tubos del agua. Cogimos este hotel porque mi hijo vio que lo habían reformado, como estaría antes. A día de hoy aún no se porqué no me fui después de poner una reclamación.
