Close to the funicular, very good buffet dinner food. Very good employee service.

They do not have their own car park, it is 300 meters away, the room doors are old, made of paper and of the most basic quality possible so you can hear everything in the hallway. Ski lockers are limited and there were none for us, even though the booking indicated that there were.
No tienen parking propio, está a 300 metros, las puertas de las habitaciones son viejas, de papel y de la calidad más básica posible por lo que se oye todo del pasillo. Las taquillas para esquíes son limitadas y no había para nosotros, aún que en la reserva indicaba que si.

I paid for the deluxe room a little more expensive than the normal one and it was next to the elevator you could hear everything, they allowed you to walk with ski boots in the hotel and it was a metal door that did not soundproof at all the room otherwise was not bad but... That's what I got. Asaber I choose another accommodation
He pagado la habitacion deluxe un poco mas cara de la normal y estava al lado del ascensor se escuchaba todo, dejan andar con botas de esqui en el hotel i era una puerta metalica que no insonorizava nada la habitacion por lo demas no estava mal pero pot eso si lo llego. Asaber escojo otro alojamiento

The Hotel was very clean, comfortable beds, hot water instantly and with pressure, good heating system. The attentive and facilitating staff. Very good breakfasts. The Funibus stop is very close to the hotel.
El Hotel estaba muy limpio, camas comodas, agua caliente al instante y con presión, buen sistema de calefacción. El personal atento y facilitador.
Los desayunos muy buenos. La parada del Funibus esta muy cerca del hotel
The Hotel is very old and has not been renovated in decades. The dinners were of worse quality than the breakfasts, some days we did not have a fish option for vegetarians.
El Hotel es muy viejo y no se ha renovado nada desde hace décadas.
Las cenas eran de peor calidad que los desayunos, algunos días no tuvimos opción de pescado para los vegetarianos.

1- The first day we noticed that the toilet was ringing all the time, he went up to the room with us to look at it and told us that if it kept ringing we should tell him and he would notify the technician. After a while we told him that it was still ringing and he told us that he would call them to fix it. The next day we asked him to see if they were going to come and fix it and he responded that he had just sent them a message. After a few days, they didn't tell us anything about it, they didn't even ask to see if it was still ringing. We spent the entire stay with the sound of the toilet. 2- Variety of the buffet. 3- Old and broken furniture and doors, you can hear everything with those doors apart from the fact that you can't lock them.
1- El primer dia avisamos de que el vater sonaba todo el rato, subio con nosotros a la habitacion a mirarlo y nos dijo que si seguia sonando le dijeramos y avisaba al tecnico. Al rato le dijimos que seguia sonando y nos dijo que les llamaria para que lo arreglen. Al dia siguiente le dijimos a ver si iban a venir a arreglarlo y nos respondio que justo acababa de mandarles un mensaje. Pasados los dias no nos dijeron nada sobre el tema ni siquiera preguntaron a ver si seguia sonando. Estuvimos toda la estancia con el sonido del vater. 2- Variedad del buffet. 3- Muebles y puertas viejas y rotas, se escucha todo con esas puertas aparte de que no se puede cerrar con llave.

The rooms are spacious and the staff friendly and attentive.
Las habitaciones son amplias y el personal amable y atento.
Of the 4 days we have been there, they did not clean our room for 2. The food was not varied, there was no fish on any day and it was poorly prepared, most of it was overcooked, dry and not at all appetizing. The least bad thing was breakfast, although little variety. The car park they offer us is far away, next to the hotel there is only a small car park (check rates at reception) lot, blue zone.
De 4 días que hemos estado 2 no nos limpiaron la habitación. La comida nada variada, no había pescado ningún día y mal preparada, la mayoría demasiado hecho, seco y nada apetecible. Lo menos malo el desayuno, aunque poca variedad.
El parking que nos ofrecen está lejos, al lado del hotel solo hay un aparcamiento reducido de pago, zona azul.
