I like the view's from the windows. Breakfast and dinner are available, but you need to pay 10-17 Euro. Wi-fi works very well and it is free. The buses are well-available so it is possible to travel around whole Andorra if you have a few days.
The localization is more for winter because the funicamp is nearby, and in September it was closed yet.

Location, cleanliness, tasty and fresh simple food, excellent smily and helpful staff
Parking at €15pn is inexcusable. There were also 3 large school parties. They were generallly well behaved and well controlled by their teachers and hotel staff. It made the hotel and restaurant a bit noisy and rowdy at times though . Wasn’t a major problem for us as the pros of this place far outweighed any minor issues - but might be an issue for others

Very friendly and helpful staff at the hotel reception desk. The breakfast buffet and dinner were healthy and nutritious, which was appreciated by skiers. Excellent location - with very good walking distance to the Funicamp cable car. Optionally, parking spaces are also available in the underground garage.

The hotel was well located for access to Funicamp on foot. The rooms were well heated, bit breakfast and dinner buffets were good. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The room cleaning staff had strange behaviour: the first day, they didn’t clean the floor; the second day, the room was clean, but a pair of socks was on the floor, in the middle of the room, definitely not where I had left them; another day, they threw away my husband’s contact lenses, 4 new unopened cases that had been placed on the bathroom counter.

Proximity to the funicular, cleanliness, friendliness of the reception staff.
Breakfast was very sparse with very few options--especially if you don't eat pork. Probably the lowest quality breakfast buffet of any 3-star hotel I've stayed at.

nice hotel , close to the gondola ( only 300 m but it is up the hill , noone states that ), really nice staff , cheap underground car park ( 5 euro a night) , that is not standart for Andorra
The food was the biggest issue , the taste was nice but most of the time it was cold . And also WiFi was really bad as well , disconecting and slow.

Very good
Good value for money, the staff was very accommodating and the room was spacious and had a balcony. The staff kept the bar open for us one night, which was amazing. The location is also great, a short (a bit steep) walk to the ski lift.
1 night we didn't have hot water, but the hotel staff was very quick to help and fix the issue. The breakfast is not great, but there's a nice cafe by the lift to fix that problem. The walls are very thin and unfortunately our neighbours were extremely loud in the night so not recommended if you want peace and quiet.

Great location in Encamp and excellent value for money. A good variety of options at the breakfast and dinner buffets.

The rooms could use a little updating, but everything is perfect and clean, fine for a few days' stay. The car park spaces could be improved.

Overall, this hotel is excellent; it offers fantastic value for money. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the breakfasts and dinners are also very good, with a full and varied selection. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bus stop for the center of Andorra la Vella is very close by. I highly recommend it.
