Hemos estado muy agusto. El personal es jovencito pero encantador, hacen lo imposible por satisfacer todas las necesidades.
Faltan recursos y personal. El personal que hay, se desvive porque todo salga bien. Si pudieran disponer de todo lo que necesitan seria mas estupendo todavía.
Las instalaciones del hotel en sí, están muy bien, pero creemos que Magic world en general debería invertir en mantenimiento de las calles y varios servicios que están un poco deteriorados.

It is a perfect family hotel to relax for a few days, everything at hand, beaches, swimming pools, bars, restaurants, although with this hotel and its all-inclusive you will not need much, because the drinks are top quality and the food is spectacular, like all its staff, the customer service is of great professionals, with special mention in my case of the chef responsible for the buffet, who even prepared me one day a rice with curry and chicken (out of the buffet menu) that I told him that I really liked and that I had not eaten it for a long time, and he had the great detail of cooking the dish in front of me, and I enjoyed sharing it with my wife. I will definitely come back.
Es un hotel familiar perfecto para relajarse unos días, todo a mano, playas, piscinas, bares, restaurantes, aunque con este hotel y su todo incluido no te harán mucha falta, porque la bebida es de primera calidad y la comida espectacular, al igual que todo su personal, la atención al cliente es de grandes profesionales, con mencion especial en mi caso del chef responsable del buffet, que incluso un día me preparo un arroz con curry y pollo (fuera de la carta del buffet) que le comenté que me gustaba mucho y que hacía tiempo que no lo comía, y que tuvo el gran detalle de cocinarme el plato delante mía, y que disfruté mucho compartiéndolo con mi esposa. Sin duda volveré.

We loved it. The room was perfect. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The location was also excellent. The only downside was car park; the nearest spaces by the hotel are paid (blue zone).

The buffet food is unquestionably of exceptional quality and variety. The staff are attentive and, apart from weekends when the number of guests can become overwhelming, the service is very good. Certainly a place to relax and unwind.
La comida del buffet es indudablemente de una calidad y diversidad excepcional. El personal está atento y, salvo fin de semana que la cantidad de personas es inabordable, el servicio es muy bueno. Sin duda, un lugar para descansar y desconectar.
It would be good for the café waitstaff to receive training so everyone knows how to prepare the drinks they offer in the same way and the quality does not depend on who serves you. They should better manage how people are distributed during meal times, as it becomes overwhelmed at the weekend.
We missed having an indoor leisure room, especially since on the day we arrived there were storms and there was little to do besides having a drink in the café and staying in the room. Other hotels on the site have foosball, pool and other arcade games, which at least provide some entertainment.
Estaría bien que diesen una formación a los camareros de la cafetería para que todos sepan preparar las bebidas que ofrecen de la misma forma y la calidad no dependa de la persona que te atienda. Deberían controlar mejor la distribución de las personas en el horario de las comidas, ya que en fin de semana colapsa.
Echamos en falta disponer de alguna sala de ocio interior, especialmente contando con que el día que llegamos hubo tormentas y no tuvimos mucho que hacer aparte de tomar algo en la cafetería y estar en la habitación. Hay otros hoteles del recinto que cuentan con futbolines, billar y otras máquinas recreativas, que por lo menos amenizan un poco.

Very disappointed with the buffet at the restaurant, I was expecting more from a 5-star hotel, very poor. Breakfast was better than lunch and dinner. The pool area, where the snack bar is located, was not to my liking. I had been to the Hotel Sport pool area before and there was twice as much food available compared to the Splash pool area where we were assigned, even though they belong to the same chain. The other hotel had a greater variety of sweet and savory food compared to the Splash pool area.

The hotel is good; the refurbishment is decent. For a beach hotel it has quality — not five-star, but quite nice. The beach is practically next door. For a beach hotel, the customerele is fairly family-orientated and it’s quite peaceful.

The hotel has been partially refurbished; some areas are under construction and others are closed. The staff do what they can but are insufficient (THERE IS A MAJOR STAFF SHORTAGE). Some long‑serving staff work enthusiastically, while others seem to go through the motions, and the lack of experience among the newer, younger temporary staff often makes service chaotic. Personally, I believe the hotel management is poor — things only run smoothly where there is an experienced, professional employee who is highly motivated. A clear example is the kitchen: all the chefs are true professionals who know how to lead their teams, and the results are very good. By contrast, the dining room is a disaster; it is managed by a very pleasant and apparently professional head waiter, but with so little staff it is impossible.
I think they have put a couple of young women in hotel management roles (you always see two very smartly dressed young ladies) who seem to be making the decisions. LACK OF EXPERIENCE in challenging situations.
FALSE AND MISLEADING PROMISES ABOUT INCLUDED FACILITIES OUTSIDE THE HOTEL
The water park they include is open when it should be closed; half of the attractions do not work. The amusement park is much the same: poorly maintained rides (even the worst travelling fair has them in better condition). Opening hours are 19:30h to 24:00, although some attractions close at 23:00h. NO SAFETY MEASURES: the rides’ safety belts are decorative, some control panels only work partially, some rides only operate partially, and the lighting looks 25 years old. The official who authorised the installation either didn’t inspect it properly or must be eating very well every day. The facility does not meet minimum safety standards for several attractions.
El hotel ha sido renovado en parte, hay zonas en obras y otras cerradas. El personal hace lo que puede pero es escaso(FALTA MUCHO PERSONAL). Hay parte del personal veterano que trabaja con ganas , otros parece que hacen pero ganas ninguna que unida a la poca experiencia de los nuevos(gente joven temporal)hace que en ocasiones el servicio sea caótico . Personalmente creo que la dirección del hotel es pésima, solo funciona donde hay algún empleado ya veterano, profesional y con muchas ganas de trabajar. Ejemplo claro la cocina, todos los chef’s son unos profesionales que saben dirigir a su equipo y el resultado es muy bueno. Por contra la sala es un desastre, dirigida por un jefe de sala muy agradable y que se ve muy profesional pero con poco personal es imposible.
Creo que han puesto a un par de jóvenes como directivas del hotel(Siempre se ven a dos chicas jovencitas muy arregladas) que parece que son las que toman las decisiones. FALTA DE EXPERIENCIA en momentos complicados.
OFERTA DE SERVICIOS INCLUIDOS FUERA DEL HOTEL PACHANGUERA Y MENTIROSA
El parque acuático que te incluyen lo tiene abierto cuando debería estar cerrado, no funcionan la mitad de las cosas. El parque de atracciones tres cuartos de lo mismo, atracciones mal mantenidas(el peor feriante lo tiene mejor que ellos). Horario apertura de 19 a 24 aunque hay cosas que cierran a las 23. SIN MEDIDAS DE SEGURIDAD, las atracciones tienen cinturones
de seguridad de adorno, hay cuadros de control que funcionan a medias, atracciones que solo funciona una parte, iluminación de hace 25 años…El funcionario que haya dado de paso la instalación o no trabaja mucho o come jamon del bueno todos los días . La
instalación no cumple las medidas mínimas de seguridad varias atracciones.
