Quiet setting. Comfortable, spacious and quiet room. Large bed. Impeccable cleanliness. Air conditioning that worked perfectly. Free, unlimited access to the hotel's wellness area (small heated pool and a couple of saunas). Varied breakfast. Plenty of free outdoor car park within the hotel grounds. Close to the Melgaço thermal baths (the jet area isn't much, but there is a good menu of treatments) — easy to reach on foot. Friendly staff.
ENTORNO TRANQUILO. HABITACIÓN CÓMODA, ESPACIOSA Y SILENCIOSA. CAMA GRANDE. LIMPIEZA IMPECABLE. AIRE ACONDICIONADO QUE FUNCIONABA PERFECTAMENTE. ACCESO GRATUITO E ILIMITADO A LA ZONA WELLNESS DEL HOTEL (PEQUEÑA PISCINA TEMPLADA, Y UN PAR DE SAUNAS). DESAYUNO VARIADO. APARCAMIENTO SUFICIENTE Y GRATUITO EXTERIOR DENTRO DE LAS INSTALACIONES DEL HOTEL. CERCANÍA A LAS TERMAS DE MELGAÇO (LA ZONA DE CHORROS NO ES GRAN COSA, PERO SI HAY UNA BUENA CARTA DE TRATAMIENTOS) SE PUEDE LLEGAR FACIL ANDANDO. PERSONAL AMABLE.

The hotel staff were excellent — very friendly and they stored our two mountain bikes in a room for us during our stay. They also offer electric bike hire, which isn’t advertised at the hotel. Cleanliness was 10/10. I liked the amenities and that every day they left a bottle of water in the room. The outdoor pool and wellness area were in perfect condition and beautiful.

An unforgettable experience, a perfect 10! We’ve just spent three days at this spa hotel and, honestly, we didn’t want to leave. Everything was simply incredible. The staff’s attention is impeccable: you feel looked after at every moment and you can tell they take care of every detail. The spa is wonderful. It’s really well connected: you can go down in your robe directly by lift and hardly see anyone. They give you towels and a robe at reception, and the area is designed so you don’t have to walk far through the hotel. The pool is beautiful and the atmosphere is completely relaxing. The food is up to standard too. Breakfast is delicious and of very high quality: almond milk, nuts, lots of fresh fruit… and many more options. A plentiful, varied buffet where you can genuinely choose and enjoy all kinds of dishes, all of great quality. The location is another strong point. It’s set in the middle of nature, surrounded by a lovely park. If you want to step outside for a cigarette or just go for a walk, everything is well connected and the surroundings are a gift. In short: a perfect experience. Three days felt far too short and we’re already thinking of returning. Totally recommend it if you want to switch off, look after yourself and enjoy a hotel that cares about every detail.
I would raise the temperature of the indoor pool water a little. We went in summer and it was lukewarm; if we’d been there in winter we’d probably have been cold. In the café’s afternoon menu (available from 18:30) we ordered pizza, stuffed mushrooms and croquettes, and they were tasty. If there had been more varied options we would have ordered more. We had hot chocolate and it would have been great if there had also been cake, fruit or other things for a snack. Since they do room service every day, it would be good if they changed the towels. ours was very wet and they didn’t replace it. Even with these small details, the overall experience is a 10.

          Very good
          The staff were exceptionally courteous.
El trato del personal fue exquisito.
It would be very important to track the damage and have it repaired as quickly as possible, and to be a bit more meticulous about the cleanliness of the pools. By the way, we noticed the bad habit of booking sunbeds with towels — even when the guests weren’t present — which is something that should be improved.

We stayed 3 nights in this great hotel, enjoying the quality it offers. Spacious rooms, with large 2.2 x 2.2 m beds, super comfortable and enveloping — you’ll sleep through the night and hardly move, thanks to how comfortable they are. The room is roomy, modern, with carpeted floors and a built-in wardrobe; I missed having an extra shelf to put folded clothes rather than having to put them down low. The hotel facilities are top-notch — there’s a rooftop pool suitable for everyone since it isn’t deep. It also has a children’s area in the same pool, a garden area and sunbeds. Wellness area and gym, which are ideal. That’s where I spent most of my time (there’s no extra charge, though remember to bring a swim cap): a large heated pool with a jacuzzi and two saunas, making it perfect for total relaxation. There are also leisure areas, such as a bar and billiard rooms. Breakfast is great — not huge, but it has good local products you can combine as you like. One brilliant thing is you can arrive by car and park without any problem and free of charge, inside the accommodation. The hotel is surrounded by a large park and mountains, ideal for resting.
Maybe the wellness area could be cleaner; there were rust stains on the steel.

The hotel has been very well restored; the staff are as friendly as they are few. It lacks nowadays-basic services such as electric car charging. There is no midday catering and it is located in a small village.

          Superb
Everything was very good: the staff, the breakfast, the cleanliness — everything is new and very peaceful. The spa, and many in-room touches (coffee, tea, water).
We didn’t see the reception instructions. As for the Melgaço thermal baths, they’re very good but one hour is rather short, although that isn’t the hotel’s fault.

          Superb
The hotel is absolutely perfect; we will definitely return because we felt very comfortable.
The Melgaço thermal baths were a disappointment. The water was cold, at 30°C, and it wasn’t thermal or spring water but treated with chlorine and other chemicals. The sauna wasn’t working and the air temperature outside the water was low, so we couldn’t enjoy the time we paid for because of the cold.

Very disappointing experience with Amimir.com. I paid around AED 300 and received a confirmed hotel booking, but when I arrived, the hotel had no record of my reservation. I contacted Amimir while waiting at reception, but the booking still never reached the hotel. I was left stranded and had to pay the hotel again directly. Based on my experience, I would not recommend booking through Amimir. Fraud Company

          Great experience with Amimir!
I recently booked hotel nights in Warsaw through Amimir and couldn't be happier with the service. They had the best rates available, and when I reached out with a quick question, they responded almost instantly with all the details I needed. Smooth process, fantastic value, and reliable support. Will definitely use them again!

The price I found on Amimir was very competitive. The process to rezerve the hotel was very clear, by paying a small amount and later I paid the rest of the sum and I received the voucher. Hotel was great. Thank you!

          Great customer service!
I would like to give a huge thank you to Tomas Da Costa, a representative at Amimir UK, for providing such an outstanding customer service experience. I contacted Tomas with a last-minute request to change the number of rooms in my reservation, just before the payment was due to be charged to my credit card. Tomas was incredibly helpful, understanding, and professional throughout the entire process. What really stood out was that he went the extra mile to make sure my request was handled correctly and that everything was properly arranged. His attention to detail and willingness to take the extra time gave us peace of mind and allowed us to look forward to our trip without any worries. Tomas, you were amazing! Thank you so much for your exceptional help and customer service. It is rare to receive this level of care and dedication, and it truly made a difference.

Only that the connection between the hotel and you as agent is tightened up so the booking is secure. At one point they blamed the fact that you sent them an email rather than use some other method.
