I contacted Tomas with a last-minute request to change the number of rooms in my reservation, just before the payment was due to be charged to my credit card.           For the hotel reservation, I was first asked to pay half of the total amount and then the remaining balance. After I completed these payments, I was asked to upload the ID documents of all the people travelling. They told me that if I did not provide the documents within two hours, they would cancel my reservation. I shared all the required documents with customer service within the two-hour deadline. However, I later received an email informing me that my reservation had been cancelled. The reason they gave was that the ID information I provided was “inconsistent.” When I asked what this meant, they simply told me that this was the response they had received from the agency. They completely ruined all my holiday plans at the last minute. Now I will have to make a new reservation at a much higher price, and my flight dates may also be affected. Absolutely terrible experience. Stay away from this company. They still have not refunded half of my payment. Instead, they keep delaying the process by telling me to contact my bank. I will share all the screenshots as evidence.
