Las instalaciones, habitaciones, piscinas, etc son espectaculares así como todos los empleados. Buen sitio para desconectar unos días.
El servicio de restauración nefasto, el comedor pequeño, tenías que esperar para todo, mesas sin montar, buffet sin comida, tardaban mucho para servirte bebida, máquina de café continuamente fuera de servicio, falta de menaje y si no sucio…la variedad de la comida escasa y la calidad aceptable…
en fin totalmente inaceptable para un hotel de 5 estrellas.

Spa, staff, the bed and the pool
They let families from the Barceló Hills come to the pool and buffet. People pay to stay at a adults recomended expecting to ser no kids and then the pools have kids with balls and screaming.
The buffet was also bad as comments said. No choice, always the same dishes and cold food.

Visitors could tour Barceló Hills Hotel, the complex is very beautiful and it is next to Barceló Nucía Palms Hotel! Un Hotel espectacular, de los mejores que hemos estado, tranquilo y muy agradable, el personal muy amable y muy atento tanto en los servicios y restaurantes, la atención de Mª Cristina,Yasmina y Alex muy amables, las instalaciones son espectaculares, estuvimos en una suite espectacular, con todos los detalles y servicios. Se podía visitar el Hotel Barceló Hills, el complejo es muy bonito y está al lado del Hotel Barceló Nucía Palms! Everything overall has seemed excellent to me. The pools, the spa, the rooms, the gardens are wonderfully well kept. There were people around, but it wasn’t crowded. It is quite peaceful for resting, without leaving the hotel. The staff are extremely friendly in all areas of the hotel.
Todo en general me ha parecido excelente. Las piscinas, el spa, las habitaciones, los jardines maravillosamente bien. Había gente pero no estaba abarrotado. Es bastante tranquilo para descansar, sin salir del hotel. El personal amabilísimo en todos los ámbitos del hotel.
The food, you don’t know the name of what there is and it repeats a bit. There is a lot of sweets and lots of cold cuts but little variety of main dishes. I have missed gazpacho, salmorejo, grilled squid and cuttlefish, smoked salmon, … Perhaps more Spanish food to balance with the international.
La comida, no sabes el nombre de lo que hay y se repite un poco. Hay mucha dulcería y mucho embutido pero poca variedad de comida principal.He echado de menos gazpacho, salmorejo, calamares y sepia a la plancha, salmón ahumado,.... Quizá más comida española para equilibrar con la internacional.
