Disappointing
The food is good... the children's area is good too.
La comida está bien.. la zona de niños infantil también..
The rooms are awful, both the unrenovated ones and the renovated ones, right down to the bed frames, which are rusty and oozing rust. They tell you it's normal for the area and act like nothing's wrong with not even replacing the frames. The TVs are on top of the wardrobes, and the reception staff are incredibly unfriendly. You can hear the bar staff talking amongst themselves about which customer is stupid, which one is so-and-so... which I think is fine, you can think what you want about customers, but don't say it in front of others. The only good things were the food and the dining room and entertainment staff. But even the entertainment was lacking for what you pay in August, and for what an August is like. Not a single show on a Thursday, and absolutely nothing for the children, is just unheard of. The children's pool area is okay, but I definitely wouldn't go back.
Las habitaciones son nefastas, las que están sin reformar y las reformadas hasta los Somieres, oxidados desprendiendo óxido y te comentan de que eso es normal por la zona y se quedan tan anchas y no cambian ni el somier…
Televisiones encima de las de los armarios, el trato del personal de recepción nada amable …
Los camareros del bar escuchas como comentan entre ellos que ese cliente es un estúpido que el otro es tal .. lo cual me parece correcto que puedas pensar lo que quieras de los clientes, pero no lo comentes delante de otros..
lo único que estaba bien era la comida, y el personal del comedor y de animacion …
Pero incluso la animación fue escasa para lo que se pagas en agosto y lo que viene siendo un mes de agosto, que un jueves no haya ni un solo espectáculo y absolutamente nada para los niños me parece vamos .. lo nunca visto….
La zona de piscina infantil está bien… pero vaya no repetiría…
