The location of the hotel is 2-minute walk from the slopes. Breakfast is nice, staff is helpful and rooms are basic but more than enough for skiing holidays.
Dinner buffet could be improved, the food gets cold very fast. The wi-fi was not working all the time and the TV in the room is quite small.

Rooms were good, clean and warm. A bit for the smaller size but still comfortable. Perfect hotel if you want a clean and comfortable room for a skiing vacation. Close to lifts and to restaurantes, bars and shopping centers.
Breakfast food is very simple, more verity would be good. You have to enter by the back door if have ski boots which makes it 100 more meters to walk. But since the hotel is pretty close it isn’t too much of a hassle.

Everything was very organized and easy to navigate. The close proximity to the piste and restaurants was fantastic.
The rooms were very overheated but once we figured out how to change the temperature it was fine

The Hotel location is perfect for going skiing, the lifts are just about 40m from the doorstep.
It offers a ski locker per room which is good enough to hold the wet skis for the night.
The Staff is super helpful and very kind in every way.
The food at the hotel restaurant is very basic and not really good, juices, coffee, and pastries are barely edible.
The Wifi is really a pain to connect to, always difficult to maintain a stable bandwidth.
Rooms are not at all soundproofed, which is difficult to accept in the morning and at night when drunken people are screaming in the streets.

overall, best hotel for its price at pas de la casa. very good breakfast and dinner, friendly staff, nice enough rooms if you ski/snowboard all day. excellent water pressure. for those that complain about the heat (too hot), there is a knob in the heater: try turning it!!!
there was some confusion about the half board and the dinner and breakfast option, we ended up paying for two extra dinners

We had two separate rooms facing backside so we didn’t hear the noise from the street. We heard noise from guests returning late twice, lack of respect, in my opinion.
Before going to the hotel we read the feedback given by former guests. They were very poor so we didn’t have high expectations.
Must say that it seems like the hotel had read and improved the criticism it had received. We had clean towels every day, and the room was clean and tidy.
The 140 cm wide bed we had was uncomfortable, needs a new mattress.
Would have preferred 2 separate duvets.
Breakfast was a bit poor, can be more healthy.
Ski lockers too small. Could be modernized with more space with shelfs for the boots and helmets. Would also be great with a ski rack to protect the skis from falling while getting ready to go.

Some of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the restaurant staff and one girl at the reception (the blond one). The hotel is very close to the slopes. Good hairdryer in the bathroom. The breakfast is not bad, there is a good choice, but the coffee is... not drinkable. The dinner is not bad, but... you have to pay for water.
1) The rooms are not really clean. The walls and the mirror in the bathroom are dirty. The blankets look disgusting. A lot of dust under the beds. The smell after the rooms have been cleaned is like when you poison insects. 2) It's very noisy outside during the night, I know it's not the hotel's problem, but still it's difficult to sleep, you wake up multiple times. Towels are changed very rarely, maybe once during a week. 3) Half board means you will have to pay even for water or tea at dinner. And when you order tea during the dinner, they bring you a small cup, like 150 g of hot water... and yes, no kettle in the room. We bought the kettle, but still no cups, just one plastic glass for two people. 4) No good coffee at breakfast. 5) Wi-Fi is okay but it gets disconnected all the time after several minutes of inactivity

It has to be their poor wifi connection, works ok in reception however in the rooms it can be very frustrating. Otherwise for a skiing holiday and value you'll find it very hard to beat. (please sort your wifi in the rooms)
