Excellent location, right next to the slopes. Excellent value for money.

The hotel entrance had a code, but they didn't give it to us before we arrived; there was a secondary entrance through the "La Bianca" restaurant, but it took us a while to find it since no one seemed to know where it was. There was only one person in charge of breakfast, and they were overwhelmed. When something ran out, it took ages to get it restocked. The ski lockers was small (all our equipment didn't fit), and the lock on the one in our room was broken.
La puerta de entrada al hotel tenía código, pero no nos lo dieron antes de llegar; había una entrada secundaria a través del restaurante "La Bianca", pero tardamos en encontrarla ya que nadie sabía decirnos.
Solo había una persona encargada del desayuno que no daba a basto. Cuando se terminaba algo tardaba muchísimo en reponerse.
Los guarda esquís eran pequeños (no cabía todo nuestro material) y el de nuestra habitación tenía la cerradura rota.
