I was a bit wary booking with this booking site as I’d never booked through them before, we got exactly what was advertised! We loved the hotel, the design, decor, staff, rooms, sunbathing area cleanliness and the brunch! The swimming pool was small but we had no issues with it at all but if you like to swim then maybe it won’t suit you!

- The elevators are insufficient for the level of movement of the hotel. Some didn't even work and the wait was endless. From the second we lowered our suitcases, tired of waiting. - I notified reception the first day and housekeeping the second that my room smelled of tobacco, and finally I had to move to my children's room. It wasn't fixed. - The Wi-Fi did not work on 3 of the 4 phones and the response from the "responsible" at the reception was "it's fine for me". We couldn't connect. - There is no way to find a free hammock in the pool area, even within 10 minutes of opening.
- Los ascensores son insuficientes para el nivel de movimiento del hotel. Algunos ni funcionaban y la espera era interminable. Desde el segundo bajamos las maletas, cansados de esperar.
- Avisé a recepción el primer día y a limpieza el segundo de que mi habitación olía a tabaco, y finalmente tuve que cambiarme a la de mis hijos. No se arregló.
- El wifi no funcionaba en 3 de 4 teléfonos y la respuesta de la "responsable" de recepción fue "pues a mi me va bien". No conseguimos conectarnos.
- No hay forma de encontrar hamaca libre en la zona de la piscina, ni llegando a los 10 minutos de abrir.

There were no surprises. The staff is very friendly and the overall atmosphere was good. The food was varied and I did not miss anything. The waiters were attentive with the dirty dishes and tables.
No ha habido sorpresas. El personal es muy amable y el ambiente en general fue bueno. La comida era variada y no eché en falta nada. Los camareros atentos con los platos sucios y las mesas.
We were put in a room with three single beds when we were a couple, although two were together forced us to sleep separated by the sheets, being single if we put them together in the middle of the night we were uncovered. The cleaning of the rooms forced you to be out of it from 9-16 to be cleaned because if they passed at 9:15 and you were still inside you did not do it until 16 .... And after lunch you had to go for a walk when what you wanted was to lie down for a while. In the end they did the room only one day out of 6. And that day they didn't do the bathrooms. But well, it's "our" fault for being in it when it happened so I can't really protest and with the beds we didn't ask for a big one before.... But we didn't think it was necessary.
Nos pusieron en una habitación con tres camas individuales cuando íbamos una pareja, aunque dos estaban juntas nos obligó a dormir separados por las sabanas, al ser individuales si las juntábamos a media noche estabamos destapados alguno. La limpieza de las habitaciones te obligaba a estar fuera de ella de 9-16 para que la limpiaran porque si pasaban a las 9:15 y estabas todavía dentro no te la hacían hasta las 16... Y después de comer te tenias que ir a dar un paseo cuando lo que te apetece es echarte un rato. Al final nos hicieron la habitación solo un día de 6. Y ese día no hicieron los baños. Pero bueno, es culpa "nuestra" por estar en ella cuando pasaban así que realmente no puedo protestar y con las camas no pedimos antes que fuese una grande... Pero no pensamos que fuese necesario.
