          Room was very hot.. Receptionist of the sauna tells you that the Sauna and stuff is not ideal for kids under 5 yo and didn't let my kid in. We didn't know that, our original plan was to spend some time in the hot tub / jacuzzi / pool with my kid but we couldn't.

There was some mix up with us moving hotels in that our dinners weren't carried across and we had to make alternative arrangements for dinner.           La ubicación, las vistas y la atención recibida. El hotel es bonito, tiene muy buenas vistas a la montaña y está muy limpio.
          La comida del buffet bastante justa, teníamos una buena oferta en la que nos entraba y nos daba un poco igual por lo que habíamos pagado pero si pagas la comida directamente allí, no merece la pena. En la habitación hace un poco de calorcito.

          Es un hotel en el centro de Formigal. Nosotros pudimos aparcar sin problemas en la calle (era temporada baja). Los trabajadores muy amables. El buffet nos gustó mucho, hay bastante variedad. Si tienes habitación con vistas a la montaña son preciosas.
          Se ve alguna cosilla en el hotel que necesitan mejorar por el paso del tiempo. Tiene spa, pero estaba cerrado, y no nos avisaron. Nos llegó un correo diciéndolo por parte de buscounchollo al día siguiente de volver del viaje.

          Ha sido un chasco haber contratado un hotel con Spa y encontrarlo cerrado. No dijeron que habían comunicado a la plataforma que el día 13 de septiembre se cerraba el Spá, de modo que nos ofrecieron la reserva de algo que no era real. Espero que efectúen la devolución del importe que corresponda a modo de compensación por admitir una reserva con datos falsos. De haber sabido que estaba cerrado hubiéramos ido a otra parte.

          In the dining room, the waiters were overly attentive to taking your plate as soon as you finished eating; it felt like they were rushing you. They should be a little more respectful of the privacy of those moments. The spa was closed. They should specify the dates it's open. I chose this hotel because of the spa, and we couldn't use it.
