The Chef, António, every night would indicate which meals were gluten-free and even prepared special gluten-free deserts for my wife, which is celiac.
Sometimes, only one van took guests to the pistes, which took a bit more time. Not an issue, but this was something that the Hotel could improve.

Excellent
The hotel catered well for skiers. It had plenty of parking and the food was of good quality and varied. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The rooms are noisy. You can hear all the noises from above.

Very nice hotel with rooms big enough. The breakfast and diner got good quality and enough food. Good service in the hotel.
The swimming pool is cold and also sometimes the restaurant room lacks heating.

For a 4-star hotel, the dinners leave much to be desired in terms of quality and variety (quite the opposite of the breakfast, which is up to par). The jacuzzi was closed when we stayed; we didn't ask why, but it was disappointing. The transfer to the slopes is limited; they only drop you off at Sextas with no option to go to Anayet or Portales.

The jacuzzi was closed, the gym was very poorly maintained and dirty (there was no treadmill, the floor was filthy), and the pool was overcrowded. The hot options are literally scrambled eggs, bacon, chorizo, or Spanish omelet, followed by a selection of cold cuts, plus two pastries, fruit, and bread. You make your own coffee with a Nespresso machine, and you're lucky if they have any flavors. The management is very disappointing, with serious, long-faced waiters.

El desayuno es pésimo, es en el restaurante Roto que se accede desde el miso hotel. This hotel is nowhere near a 4-star hotel. It's nothing like what you'd expect. The room doesn't match the photo, which was clearly retouched, as were the photos of the facilities. The room wasn't entirely clean upon arrival, with cobwebs on the ceiling. The bed was a rollaway bed, without a proper frame. The bathtub had mold. In short, it's a hotel from the 80s that might have been decent back in the day, but it's been left exactly as it was, unrenovated and uncleaned. It's not a 4-star hotel and it's not worth the price.

The hotel is terrible considering it's a 4-star hotel. The breakfast and half-board are worthy of a 2-star hotel, as are the super outdated rooms in need of renovation. The food is awful and there's very little variety for a 4-star hotel. The bathroom tiles are coming loose in the bathtub area, which is quite dangerous.

My experience at this hotel was disappointing. To make matters worse, when a dish ran out, it wasn't replenished, with the excuse that they hadn't received the order—something difficult to understand in an establishment of this type. Overall, the organization and quality of service fell far short of expectations, so I would not recommend this hotel.
Mi experiencia en este hotel ha sido decepcionante Desde el primer día, tanto en los desayunos como en las cenas, era habitual encontrar las mesas sucias y sin recoger, lo que daba una sensación general de dejadez y poca higiene.
En cuanto al servicio de bebidas, me sorprendió negativamente comprobar que las botellas de agua estaban abiertas y rellenadas con agua del grifo, algo que considero poco higiénico, bastaría con poner jarras que se pueden lavar fácilmente.
La calidad de la comida también dejaba mucho que desear. Las cenas consistían básicamente en un buffet muy pobre: ensaladas simples, embutidos, patatas fritas congeladas, verduras, algún rebozado que, además de escasas, se servían crudas y frías. Para empeorar la situación, cuando algún plato se terminaba, no se reponía, con la excusa de que no les había llegado el pedido, algo difícil de entender en un establecimiento de este tipo.
En general, la organización y la calidad del servicio están muy por debajo de lo esperado, por lo que no recomendaría este hotel.
