Location, cleanliness, tasty and fresh simple food, excellent smily and helpful staff
Parking at €15pn is inexcusable. There were also 3 large school parties. They were generallly well behaved and well controlled by their teachers and hotel staff. It made the hotel and restaurant a bit noisy and rowdy at times though . Wasn’t a major problem for us as the pros of this place far outweighed any minor issues - but might be an issue for others

Very friendly and helpful staff at the hotel reception desk. The breakfast buffet and dinner were healthy and nutritious, which was appreciated by skiers. Excellent location - with very good walking distance to the Funicamp cable car. Optionally, parking spaces are also available in the underground garage.

The hotel was well located for access to Funicamp on foot. The rooms were well heated, bit breakfast and dinner buffets were good. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The room cleaning staff had strange behaviour: the first day, they didn’t clean the floor; the second day, the room was clean, but a pair of socks was on the floor, in the middle of the room, definitely not where I had left them; another day, they threw away my husband’s contact lenses, 4 new unopened cases that had been placed on the bathroom counter.

Proximity to the funicular, cleanliness, friendliness of the reception staff.
Breakfast was very sparse with very few options--especially if you don't eat pork. Probably the lowest quality breakfast buffet of any 3-star hotel I've stayed at.

nice hotel , close to the gondola ( only 300 m but it is up the hill , noone states that ), really nice staff , cheap underground car park ( 5 euro a night) , that is not standart for Andorra
The food was the biggest issue , the taste was nice but most of the time it was cold . And also WiFi was really bad as well , disconecting and slow.

Good value for money, the staff was very accommodating and the room was spacious and had a balcony. The staff kept the bar open for us one night, which was amazing. The location is also great, a short (a bit steep) walk to the ski lift.
1 night we didn't have hot water, but the hotel staff was very quick to help and fix the issue. The breakfast is not great, but there's a nice cafe by the lift to fix that problem. The walls are very thin and unfortunately our neighbours were extremely loud in the night so not recommended if you want peace and quiet.

Very good location, close to Funicamp (6 min walk), and close to the center of Encamp (8 min walk). Friendly and attentive staff. Food, breakfast and dinner (buffet), varied and well prepared. Good cleanliness, with minor flaws in the details.

The room was clean except under the beds. The balcony door didn't close properly, so there was always a bit of cold wind coming into the room. The room, without carpet (tiled floor), was cold, unwelcoming, and noisy. Everything echoed. In the first few days, two groups of young people from schools arrived. It was chaos. A lot of noise; there were young people running, jumping, and shouting in the reception and common room, in the corridors and stairwells leading to the rooms, constant noise of doors slamming, people banging on doors, shouting in the rooms and balconies. No one slept until midnight. Despite signs in the corridors prohibiting noise after 10 pm, they didn't respect them, and the other guests were penalized. If there are rules, the staff must enforce them. Regarding the accommodation services, I believe that, being located in an area without free car park, the hotel could provide free car park for guests, since it has a car park. For all these reasons, the price is high in relation to all the inconveniences caused.
O quarto limpo exceto por baixo das camas.
A porta para a varanda não fechava bem, havendo sempre um pouco de vento frio a entrar no quarto.
O quarto sem alcatifa (chão em tijoleira) torna-se frio, pouco acolhedor e ruidoso. Tudo faz eco.
Nos primeiros dias entraram 2 grupos de jovens de escolas. Foi o caos. Muito barulho, havia jovens a correr, aos saltos e aos gritos pela receção e sala de convívio, nos corredores e escadas de acesso aos quartos, constante barulho de portas a baterem, de gente a bater nas portas, gritos nos quartos e varandas. Até às 24h ninguém dormia. Apesar de painéis nos corredores proibindo o barulho após as 22h, não respeitaram e os penalizados foram os outros hospedes.
Havendo regras, o staff tem de as fazer cumprir.
Quanto aos serviços do alojamento, considero que, estando localizado numa zona sem locais de estacionamento gratuito, o hotel poderia proporcionar parqueamento gratuito aos hospedes, uma vez que tem garagem.
Por tudo isto, o preço é elevado em relação a todos os inconvenientes causados.

Spacious rooms, reception, restaurant, and ground floor main areas are all large and comfortable. Breakfasts are quite comprehensive for Andorra. Comfortable beds.

Hotel near Funicam, with car park available. Very attentive and friendly staff. I was travelling with my son and they gave us a double bed, but as soon as a twin room became available, they changed it. Varied buffet for both breakfast and dinner. Recommended for its value.

The staff are very friendly and charming. The breakfast and dinner buffets are excellent, with a wide variety of homemade dishes and nothing greasy. I found them healthy. The value for money is good.

The hotel is very well located if you plan to go skiing. There's a car park (check rates at reception) lot nearby, about a 5-minute walk away. The food, both breakfast and dinner, was very good, and all the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel, and I'll definitely be back!
