These apartments are located in the first row of buildings opposite the sandy beach and about Rincon de Loix just 1.5 km from the old town of Benidorm. Nearby attractions include the Terra Mitica theme park and the zoo Terra Natura, both located 9 km away. Alicante is 40 minutes drive and Alicante airport is 60 km. The apartment complex has a total of 30 apartments spread over 17 floors. It also offers parking for an extra charge, limited number of spaces. The apartments can sleep up to 6 people. They have 1 bedroom with double bed and extra bedroom with 2 single beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living room for 2 people. All have bathroom fully equipped with shower / bath. They offer a kitchen with fridge, cooker and coffee / tea makers, and are equipped with TV and ironing set. Other standard amenities include individually controlled heating and all apartments have terraces.
