The construction work was noisy at 8 am and during siesta time. We had to go outside the hotel, to the hotel across the street, for breakfast, lunch, and dinner because of the construction, without any prior notice, and it was raining and we were getting wet.

Excellent room, comfortable beds and pillows. Balcony overlooking the pool. Peace and quiet. I loved it. Very friendly reception staff. Fabulous decor. Mini fridge and very nice bathroom.

A hotel with a privileged location very close to Levante Beach and the entire restaurant area.

It is a very family-friendly hotel, you have 2 rooms, one with a cooler pool and another smaller one downstairs joined to the children's pool with a slide for the kids. The kids have a great time. The room is functional, at least for us, we had one with excellent views. As for the breakfast, we have to congratulate the chef, although there was little variety, everything was very good. The restaurant staff were fantastic, the hotel's location was excellent. In general, we had a good experience.
Es un hotel muy familiar, tienes 2 zobas una con una piscina mas onda y otra abajo nas pequena unida a ka infantil con un tobogan para los niños ,los peques se lo pasan muy bien, la habitación funcional, eso sí por lo menos a nosotros nos tocó una con unas vistas excelentes, en cuanto al butet hay que felicitar al cocinero, aunq poca variedad todo estaba muy bueno, 6 el personal del restaurante fantásticos, las hubicacion del hotel excelente, en general hemos tenido buena experiencia
On the negative side, we had booked for the Poseidon Resort and they sent us to the Place, the rooms need refurbishment, they are somewhat outdated although they are functional, the buffet is scarce there is little variety although in its favour I must say that the little they had was all very good, although there were quite a few things missing, at breakfast there was no fruit like watermelon or pineapple, fresh cheese, there was never ham or loin, and the cold cuts they served were of very poor quality, another negative point were the hammocks by the pool people came down at 8 in the morning they put down their towels and then they stayed there all day and maybe they didn't come until 1 or so and nobody said anything taking into account that there was little space in the shade it was a bit annoying, for my taste it lacked a bit of control, and the entertainment also left a lot to be desired especially the children's entertainment and there was a lot of information missing
En cuanto a lo negativo, nostros habiamos reservado para el poseidon resort y nos mandaron al place, las habitaciones necesitan una reforma, están algo anticuadoas aunq son funcionales, el bufet es escaso hay poca variedad aunq a su favor he de decir q lo poco que tenían estaba todo muy bueno, aunq faltaban bastantes cosas, en el desayuno faltaba fruta como sandia o piña, queso fresco, nunca había jamón ni lomo, y el embutido que ponían era de muy mala calidad, otro punto negativo las hamacas de la piscina la gente bajaba a las 8 de ka mañana ponían las toallas y ya se quedaban plantadas todo el día y quizás no acudían hasta las 13 o así y nadie decía nada al tener en cuanta que había poco espacio a la sombra era un poco molesto, para mi gusto faltaba un poco de control, y la animación tb dejaba bastante que desear sobretodo la infantil, y faltaba mucha información

A good hotel overall and a good entertainment team, especially Moha and Sandra. They're fabulous and very kind to the children and adults alike. The pool should have been open longer. The room was clean.

The welcome from certain receptionists could be improved. Some are very friendly, but others don't even look you in the eye when you speak to them. Please note , they're serving the public. There's a lack of family entertainment at night. There's a lot of dancing and little family entertainment. We didn't particularly like the themed dinners; we preferred traditional food. Perhaps there needs to be more control around the pool, as certain groups of families invade the area, break the rules, and prevent others from enjoying themselves properly. No one dares to say anything to them.
La acogida de segun que recepcionistas es mejorable.Los hay muy amables pero otros que ni te miran a la cara cuando los hablas,recordar que están atención al público.
Falta de animación familiar por la noche.Mucho baile y poco espectáculo familiar.
Las cenas temáticas no nos han gustado especialmente, preferimos comida tradicional.
Sería necesario quizás un mayor control en piscina de determinados grupos de familias que invaden,incumplen las normas y no dejan al resto disfrutar adecuadamente y nadie se atreve a decirles nada.
