The rice they serve at the buffet is delicious, we have eaten there for two days and one day we had vegetable paella and the other rice, gentlemen, and both were delicious. The rest of the food, apart from what they cooked on the grill, was very average and the wine... better to drink water.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, although a bit noisy because the door didn't close properly. The staff treated us very well.
In conclusion, for a 3-star hotel, it is very good, I recommend it and will definitely return.
El arroz que ponen en el bufete, está buenísimo, hemos comido dos días y un día due paella de verduras y otro arroz señores y los dos estaban buenísimos. El resto de la comida, quitando lo que preparaban en la plancha, fue muy normalito y el vino... mejor beber agua.
Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas, aunque un poco ruidosas por que no cerraba bien la puerta. Los trabajadores nos dieron un trato muy bueno.
En definitiva, para ser un hotel de 3 estrellas, está muy bien, yo lo recomiendo y volveré seguro.

I already knew Benidorm, we have been many times, the hotels have been fabulous and everything was very good. Except for this last one, Hotel Acapulco!

The room they gave me was unbearable due to the very strong bad smell of the pipes, horrible!! To make matters worse, I would tell the manager of this hotel, how can they have those stainless steel trash cans all rusty and so old, and a super old and repainted white stool.
I had never experienced being in a hotel and feeling disgusted.
I complained at the reception but they told me what I expected, that they had no more rooms!!
Regarding the hotel, I think we didn't like it.
And about the buffet, very little variety to say the least.
The breakfast was horrible, the bread very hard, little variety and what they had seemed like leftovers because it wasn't freshly made, you would eat a croissant and it seemed like rubber, and the Ensaimadas the same, with problems in the coffee makers, the coffee was just water. Well... we won't be coming back!!
La habitación que me dieron era insoportable poder estar por el mal olor tan fuerte de cañerías, horrible!! Si fuera poco le diría al director de este hotel ,que cómo puede tener esas papeleras de acero inoxidable toda oxidada y tan vieja, y una banqueta planca súper vieja y repintada.
Nunca me había pasado estar en un hotel y sentir asco.
Reclamé en recepción pero me dijeron lo que me esperaba, que no tenían más habitaciones!!
Sobre el hotel opino que no kos gustó.
Y sobre el bufet muy poca variedad por no decir casi nada .
El dasuyo horrible , el pan durisimo , poca variedad y lo que habia parecía sobras porque recien hecho no era , te comias un cruasanes y parecían de goma, y ensaimadas lo mismo .con problemas en las cafeteras , el café agua pura. Y bueno...no volveremos!!
