          The air conditioning in the corridors wasn’t working and it was awful. Room was adequate, bathroom very small. Mosquitoes at the pool that practically mauled you. Mediocre food. Construction work that woke you up with loud bangs in the surroundings.

          Good afternoon. I’ve just returned from the Acapulco hotel, and I have to say we were a bit hesitant because of the reviews we’d read. I must say they are not true at all in my view: the hotel is completely renovated, the food is quite good for a buffet, nothing was ever missing because dishes were immediately replaced, and the staff’s attention was perfect. There will always be reviews of all kinds, but they do the establishment a disservice when so many of the alleged shortcomings are not true. Thank you.

          Pool, the buffet, although it had little variety, everything was very good and the chefs would cook things on the griddle for you if you wanted. Service and cleanliness were very good overall.

          The packed lunch they give you if you don't eat in the buffet leaves a lot to be desired. There was little variety at the buffet. The fire alarm went off at 6 a.m. and at no point were we told what to do — luckily it was a false alarm.

          Very good
          Very little variety of food, although what there was tasted good. The café had reasonable prices but the staff were unprofessional, and the afternoon and evening activities were rubbish. Also, at midnight the fire alarm went off—apparently because someone had been smoking in the corridor—and we had to go downstairs ourselves because nobody was telling us anything and there was no one at reception. It was a scare they seemed to think was normal. I hope the person who did it was punished.

Además a media noche sonó la alarma de incendios se supone porque alguien había fumado en el pasillo y tuvimos que bajar nosotros porque nadie avisaba de nada y no había nadie en recepción, vamos un susto que ellos vieron normal. Y que espero se le sancionara al que lo hizo
